Went for a birthday, the food was great and delicious.

Order came 1.5 hours late. Ordered from you for the first and last time.

The service was unfriendly to us and we couldn't even pay with a card. I never carry cash with me and I think many people prefer to pay with a card these days. That shouldn't be a problem in a reasonably good restaurant.

Ordered from eat.ch. SMS arrived confirming that it would be delivered in about 39 minutes. It was delivered after 1.5 hours and everything was lukewarm and mushy. Pizza bread packed in a plastic bag. The phone was answered once with the statement: waiting for a courier. If I hadn't paid in advance I wouldn't have accepted the order.

Waited over an hour for two pizzas?! I don't even want to start talking about the taste.

I ordered Fischerchörbli^^ for 25.- fr - with perch, zander, pangasuis and various sauces. I received 10 fish nibbles^^ and tartar sauce - half of the delivery was potato croquettes, WITHOUT it being on the menu!!! Cheeky and for 25.- Please close this place^^!!! Accidentally ordered again today in this "FressEcke" - the best thing? The dirt wasn't even delivered! The food wasn't delivered, no phone call, nothing - you have to look into that

Very bad!!!!! It can happen that an order is delivered incorrectly but burnt food is delivered... No understanding for such a waste of working time, gasoline and my free time.... I'm curious when my money will be transferred back.

The lasagne that was delivered to us was absolutely outrageous. When we took the lid off, a huge layer of grease appeared and the bottom was completely burnt. Only cheese and no paste leaves on the edge, just not appetizing!! Quite the opposite. The pizza we ordered was excellent. Conclusion of the order, we definitely won't do it again.

Total rip off! 24.50 CHF for 10 tiny pieces of crispy fish and a small salad. Plus 30 minutes late. That was the first and last time I order from this delivery service, never again!!!!

Absolute impudence! This restaurant should be closed! I ordered pasta and nothing arrived after 2 hours. The delivery person then calls and was at the wrong address. He assured me that my food would come in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I get a message that my order is canceled and that I won't get my money back. When I called to ask what was going on, I was yelled at and told that the driver had been in an accident. This restaurant is NOT SERIOUS and is just ripping you off. There are better restaurants so stay away from this pile of dirt. I hope the pandemic affects your little restaurant

Unbelievable impudence!!! The food arrived after 2 hours and 5 minutes!! The restaurant employee picks up the phone, says he's stressed and is hanging out! The pizza came with a hole in the middle!!!!! When the employee delivered, he came with a provocative grin! The pizza and pasta were in the back seat of the car (not in a box or bag or anything) and he said if it bothered us that it took so long he would take it with him! (It has already been paid) Such restaurants should not be allowed in Switzerland!!!!

The owner - or someone from - the restaurant was personally yelling from a distance and shouting my name in the neighborhood, that they will never-ever deliver a pizza here, to Witikon, Zürich. Absolutely unprofessional communication style and there are much more professional ways to handle this situation. Never-ever had such a bad experience, nowhere else in the world, and would not expect this, especially here in Zürich and Switzerland. Have never seen staff from a restaurant literally shouting and yelling at customers.

Worst pizza of my life. The whole thing is as tasteless as if you were eating the box. Cheese tastes like it was expired at the beginning of World War II. Delivery was late, I thought I placed the order using a smoke signal. But now I could use the edge as a weapon for self-defense. The only positive thing about the box was i. O. Since it was an emergency pizza, we ate it anyway, but well, it wasn't enjoyable. No way again

Ordered over 1 1/2 HOURS ago, on a Tuesday. Called twice, "the courier would be there in 5 minutes" and still no order on site!! Ordered via Eat.ch, unfortunately we can't comment on the taste, but I don't think it will work after such a long time!

ATTENTION: DO NOT USE DELIVERY SERVICE! The food didn't arrive until two hours later (ordered at 2:21am, arrived at 4:22am). The promised and confirmed time (email, SMS) was between 3:05 a.m. and 3:15 a.m. (see photos). After I called three times and the delivery service finally answered, there was no apology, no understanding - absolutely nothing. On the contrary. The guy was pretty rude. I was then promised on the phone that it would take another 15 minutes because they had a lot of orders at the moment - it was another 45 minutes (see photos). The pizza also had hardly any toppings, the toppings weren't completely cooked through and the lasagna was tough. Disproportionate at this price (pizza CHF 22.50, lasagne CHF 21.50). When handing it over, the courier said it was an “extraordinary situation”. But when I now read through the reviews on Google and EAT.ch, not only does this happen often, but the experiences are consistent. Not only is it very annoying to have to wait so long at this time, but I was obviously lied to my face and given the price, the food was simply miserable. I can hardly imagine how there can be so much going on at this time during the week. Furthermore, I know from other services that you get a call - on your own initiative - if, for example, you have to expect a delay and/or you apologize by offering a drink or dessert. Here even words were too much to ask. Of course, I have full respect for working at night/morning, but with so much negative feedback, it's better not to do that in the future.

Very unfriendly and bad service. The food was never delivered. We ordered via Uber Eats and we see on the app that even though we paid, the food was never delivered, when I called they told me they weren't delivering anymore and were extremely unfriendly! Never order here again!

There are good Cordon Bleus here in several variations. For an additional charge of 10.00 you can get the version in XXL size, whereby XXL is to be put in brackets here. It is certainly larger than the standard size, personally I know some places where the XXL Cordon Bleus are significantly larger. But this has nothing to do with the taste, which is very tasty. The fries were amazingly crispy and flavorful the last time I ordered them. I would be happy to use or visit both the delivery service and the restaurant again.

Naughty staff (NEVER AGAIN!!!!)

The giant schnitzel was far from giant. The fries arrived soggy and the second meal wasn't a winner either. Definitely can't recommend this place.

So NEVER had any problems with Eat.ch. On time, good, nice courier until 4 a.m.! 5 stars... and I say that because I actually pay a lot of attention to service.

I felt almost poisoned by how bad was the quality of the food. The fried chicken smelled really badly of egg and I could not eat it, also the same oil was reused over and over since everything was smelling bad. The chicken nuggets looked dark gray in the inside so I don't know what kind of chicken they have. I am really disappointed and would not gave that food even to my dog.

Best XXL CordonBleu in all of Zurich...made with love...I've probably ordered over 20 times... Prices are right...very reliable delivery service... Very friendly team... and the managing director is a very correct person... Can only be recommended...

Always order late in the evening. Pizza always comes on time, tastes great and is very rarely burnt and if it is burnt then only slightly! I can recommend it to everyone. Bon appetit

Friendly delivery service, pizza ok

Ordered 2x Tonno pizza only arrived after 1 hour and 30 minutes and what arrived was 1x Tonno and 1x ham pizza with shrimps 0 stars if possible I reacted in a friendly manner, even if the order came late and I also wrote that the delivery person shouldn't ring the bell but rather call, but I couldn't even manage to do that

Didn't bring a receipt when it was delivered last Friday. Despite calling several times, I still haven't received anything until Monday. However, I absolutely need the receipt because it was for business.

HANDS OFF!!! Incredible cheek!!!! I ordered 2 pizzas which still haven't arrived after 2 hours. The lady on the phone tried to tell me that I had only placed the order a few minutes ago. Neither call nor text that they need longer. I ordered this via Eat.ch and have never experienced such unfriendly service. The courier only speaks Turkish and cannot read the message that he should contact me because the office downstairs is closed. My number is even on the order form twice. I complained by phone and the "lady" (vocabulary left more than a lot to be desired) transferred me to the kitchen and was told curtly: "We are taking the order back!" (This was not what I wanted, but... So decided by the kitchen, I'm actually happy - I certainly saved myself food poisoning) and tada the phone was hung up. I think it is clear to everyone that they need sponsorship from Eat.ch. Big mistake on my part because I was overtired and just wanted to eat something. Service, friendliness and just a simple sorry do not exist here!

Delivery was quick and as a bonus it arrived earlier than expected in 25 minutes instead of 45 minutes👍🏻 Reasonably priced Pizza was bigger than pizza box👌🏽🔝 So all in all great service, ordered, enjoyed, what more could you want

Once and never again! Prices on different sites, on one side it costs 30.- then again it costs 37.- and the delivery service knows nothing about it. Pizza dough tasted of nothing, not a bit of salt, nothing. The fresh pepperocini were not available at all and the pizza was dripping with grease. Simply inedible and what topped it all off: the answer on the phone to my complaint: Yes, there's nothing we can do about that! Uh, what? But!! Makes a better pizza!! Yes, if you order again we will make one 10 times better! Sorry, but I thought I wasn't listening correctly :( Just do a good job right from the start!!! There are 1000 pizzeria shops in the city...why should I order from you again? I always ask myself about things like this: The people who rated it: Am I just unlucky? Have the people who give it 5 stars never had a real pizza or are these reviews simply fake?

Order placed via eat.ch and was confirmed by the supplier via message. Tried to call several times after an hour. Nobody picked up. Tried again later and nothing again. Never received my order and haven't heard from them again. Then they simply ignored me! Never again!

Terrible service. I ordered a pizza and the order was accepted. After an hour I was informed that the pizza was no longer coming because their oven was broken. After an hour, did you notice that the oven wasn't working? They also didn't want to deliver the cold food and drinks I ordered because the couriers were apparently busy repairing the oven.

An authentic Italian meal is prepared here. Price-performance ratio absolutely perfect, a few good wines, very friendly service. To get such an atmosphere and menu you have to go to at least Centro Valle in Ticino.

Very good food, price performance, the taste of the food was very good and you can find parking spaces by car I was definitely very happy with all my friends and the pizzas and Cordon Blue were always great.

Very friendly service, centrally located, with the option of sitting outside (although there is some car noise). Good selection of pizza, pasta and cordon bleu. Great lunch offer: 3 course menu (salad, pizza of your choice, dessert) for 16.50 francs. Lunch checks are accepted - but only cards.
