Brezelkönig in Zürich

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Bretzelkönig and unfortunately my experience was less than satisfactory. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by unfriendly staff who were more occupied with their cell phones than with the customers. This set the stage for a visit marked by poor service from start to finish. While I was about to place my order, the staff seemed to show little interest and asked me stupid questions that obviously suggested they didn't really want to listen to my needs. The feeling of disrespect was compounded as they continued to be engrossed in their cell phones during the ordering process. This is not only rude, but also unacceptable as it diverts attention from the customer and shows inappropriate prioritization. The entire atmosphere in the Bretzelkönig was characterized by indifference and disinterest. In addition to being unprofessional, the staff seemed unmotivated to provide adequate customer service. The fact that they were on their cell phones while I was ordering shows a lack of respect for the customers and their work. The quality of customer service is crucial for me when it comes to whether I will visit a place again or not. Unfortunately, the visit to the Bretzelkönig did not meet my expectations in any way. It's unfortunate that a company that obviously has a delicious selection of products is marred by such abysmal customer service.

I just wonder why the guy was so upset and couldn’t wait to get rid of me like I was a pest?? I guess I’d better just grab food from the supermarkets where the self-check-out has a better attitude :)

I've never had a hot dog as strange as today. Everything was cold, the bread didn't have a real hole and so the Wienerli was literally squeezed into the side in a crooked manner... if the price increased I would expect something different!

I love it!! Delicious! ! I can't stop😆 I found this by chance because my mom loves pretzels. We recommend soft type pretzel butter!! I wish they could freeze it and bring it back to Japan.

I asked for napkins and this blonde woman who was still working at 8 p.m. gave me exactly 1 napkin. I asked her if she couldn't give me more, she cheekily said "no" and kept giving me an evil eye. What kind of operation is this?

Boy 2.- for a pretzel smaller than my hand

I bought a Mostbröckli pretzel today for 8.20. Dry, almost no butter, not very fresh. I've had the same one from Bretzelkönig, much better, but at other branches.

Rather expensive and sometimes had the wrong sausage in the hot dog, otherwise good.

Thanks for the rock-hard pretzels from the day before.

And received old goods again. The salami was dark and fattening. Once again the old cheese from the day before was sold.

rip off. You see a tomato in a sandwich at the window and think there are tomatoes in it. thought wrong. Exactly 1 disc on the edge that is visible.

Perfect for a quick bite, not overly expensive.

Typical pretzel king. It is served quickly.
