Near the entrance to the security building. Conveniently located for employees and passengers. The prices are a bit higher than at the other cafes, but it is a nice location and has music and beautiful pictures, travel impressions from everywhere and friendly staff. But the coffee shouldn't be as great as elsewhere. Therefore a star deduction. If you think you can shop cheaply at the airport, you're wrong...

I ordered ham baguette sandwich from Edelweiss cafe (near passport control area). They don’t look Swiss, and certainly not very hygienic. Here’s why: When the cashier/server picked it up, he dropped the sandwich with the filling spilling out all over the tray. The server tried to put it together to serve it to me. It was so gross that I refused to take the sandwich. I asked for a new one and he put back the sandwich that fell on the tray back in the display cabinet for the next unknowing customer to take. The server was utterly gross and did not give a care in the world. I commented that tray may not be clean and he should not serve that sandwich anymore (think that mayonnaise and ham touched the tray!)- and he shrugged his shoulder as if to say “f-off”.The service was simply HORRIBLE and how these folks serving the customers dirty stuff is beyond GROSS. Who knows how these gross guys prep the food - and they could not care any less.

Crazy prices: 5 CHF for 5dl Ice Tea. On the screen they show a picture of a nice home made ice tea. But the guy told me they stopped selling that 2 years ago. Well, then maybe their management should adapt the screen presentation. The guy at the counter was very friendly, that’s why I give an extra star, but the company Autogrill are just thieves!

A calm place near to the security check. Sandwiches and cupcakes made with love. It's a good place to stop before the flight.

Friendly and nice café, with comfortable lounge corners and good coffee and tasty croissants that are very buttery. 🤩 Comfy - the perfect place to say goodbye when someone has to catch a flight.

The staff was not overly friendly and the prices were steep. Otherwise very comfortable and what was consumed was very good.

The service was a disaster!!! They laughed at me like I was an alien because I asked for oat milk. Ms. Aida and this one with dark purple hair.

Fine café: wonderful croissants

Flyedelweiss describe the cafe as a place that “provides the ideal space to enjoy a drink and a bite to eat before travelling”…. That could’ve been possible if the personal was not extremely rude to the customers. Screaming at people does not make anyone’s day better.

The blond women who attended me was really rude i had to leave the place. She should be more professional and patient because she is working in a airport.

Terrible. An old, tough roll from probably a few days ago with a slice of ham for 8chf and after telling you that it wasn't fresh, you were attacked in a very unfriendly manner. More quality products and services would be helpful.

Fast and friendly service, good coffee

More expensive than the grand hotel in Lucerne. If you want water that costs 6 francs, you'd better go to the hotel in question, because there is at least a view of the beautiful Lake Lucerne. The taste is just okay.

Cozy place to wait for check-in It wasn't overcrowded during our stay. The coffee was good and the prices weren't too expensive for Swiss standards.

Good, cozy place :) Good for grabbing something on your way to your gate. You have to remember that you're in Switzerland, so don't expect this place to be CHEAP, but it's a good small cafe for on-the-go. P.S. Everyone reading this while travelling, I wish you a great flight and stay safe. 😉

I took Shoggibrötli in the Pratteln Autobahn coffee-shop (it’s not on google maps though so writing here) and the amount of chocolate inside was below any expectations. Maybe kind of half of tea spoon of Nutella spread inside a Gipfeli of 12x7cm size. Against my complain they replied that all of them have that much and even opened one of them. You cannot call a product with ingredient name if this particular ingredient is not making any significance. In addition the coffee cups holders have such small holes that I cannot put a single finger inside. Absolutely impossible to drink coffe from these cups. I assume all the rest of the business is fake wherever possible. Will never go back to this coffee-shop anymore.

A cafe just in front of the checkin 1. Not so big choice. It's very expensive (1 capuccino + 1 croissant over 10 CHF) for a self service, but you can find a place to sit ;-)

Very weird business concept. It is impossible to have a big hot choccolate or even a normal coffee in a big cup, they only serve it in a regular sized cup, even if you can have other beverages in bigger ones. Also the guy at the desk is not very customer friendly when he is beeing asked to explain it.

Horrible customer service. The older man at the counter just barks at customers to show their ID if your signature is faded on your credit card. I told him there was no need to scream or yell and he just continued. This cafe is not friendly by any means.

We ordered a bowl and croissants, and received normal café without milk and luxury hard croissants (luxury included in the price). The second star is only given for the geographical proximity to check-in.

Small little coffee shop directly in front of passport control at check-in 1. I had to be at the airport very early following a cancelled flight the previous night and Coffee & Friends opened at 04:30. Passport control doesn’t open until 05:00 so it was the perfect spot to grab a coffee and a snack while waiting for passport control to open. The coffee was excellent quality and the breakfast selection comprised mainly of pastries. There is not a huge selection but it's enough to tide you over until you can get through to the main terminal.
