Very tasty ice cream, I would like to say the best in Zurich! The waffle also tastes great and is perfectly crispy. Since the varieties change often, it's always worth coming back. Absolutely recommendation!

A hidden gem 😍 Came at 9 o’clock in the evening and it was such a beautiful place with amazing staff and dessert. The chai latte was 10/10, the ice cream was amazing and Berliner was to die for. The small handmade artistic things were also super cuteeee

I came here almost every week during the summer. My partner and I really like the ice cream! The rotation of flavors is also much appreciated and the price per scoop is really fair. The interior is where I find it lacking the most. The layout is awkward, lining up blocks the entrance, it's hot and the space is generally not used by customers

The ice cream, while not the best I've ever had, was decent. However, it didn't quite live up to the standards I expected in terms of quality. What disappointed me even more was the lackluster customer service. The employees were not as friendly as I would have hoped, which significantly impacted the overall experience. It's essential for a place that serves treats like ice cream to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, but sadly, that was lacking during my visit. Despite these shortcomings, I can't deny that the store has potential, and it might improve in the future. I hope they take this feedback to heart and work on both the quality of their ice cream and the friendliness of their staff. With some adjustments, this place could become a more enjoyable spot for ice cream lovers.

This ice cream shop is an absolute must to experience a mega treat here. You can taste the quality here. The finest different flavors can be tasted very well. Never had such great ice cream before. In addition, there is the very attentive, positive and good-humoured young man MAC. But the rest of the team is also really nice. You feel comfortable and welcome here. I can recommend the unbeatable waffle/mango ice cream. We will definitely be back. Warm greetings from Germany. Madeleine and family.

Still relatively unknown ice cream parlor that definitely needs more attention! The ice cream is delicious (in our case pistachio and spaghetti ice cream). It is also possible to order ice cream, coffee, etc. The place is also clean and the staff is super friendly. There are seats to linger both inside and outside.

Fine varieties and friendly service are guaranteed. The location is easily accessible and the selection of fine ice creams is great.

Stumbled today over Eisladen while we were visiting for the Asia shop in the same street and WOW, as a Gelatifan I had to try out the ice cream and it is just great. Very tasty, good structure and the flavours offered are also WOW. Not an economic place to get an ice cream but worth every penny (or Swiss Franc) If you compare it with other venues, it is good quality offered. Go there and experience it yourself

One of the best Ice cream shops in Zurich! We’ve been there many times and it never disappoints. They have very creative flavours that change seasonally & their ice cream is very creamy and not too sweet! The staff is really friendly and their coffee is very nice! I would totally recommend to anyone who is in search of a good ice cream in Zurich!🍦👍🏻

Very yummy ice cream with unique flavours. I like how many choices of sorbet they have - it’s great for people who prefer to avoid dairy. My favourite is the banana brownie caramel and pistachio nougat (if I got the names right). There’s also a pretty and cute employee who works there mondays and fridays. I also like the way it’s decorated it’s very cozy and it’s cool that they display artwork from different people. The last time I went there, I also did some work as well as getting some ice cream and it was very comfortable for me.

Amazing homemade gelato. I tried the pistachio and strawberry with basil, quite interesting mixes. Well done!

Very fine ice cream with tonka beans. While eating the ice cream we came up with further ideas: cinnamon ice cream with crumbled ice cream wafers or a raspberry-rosemary ice cream :-). Your ice cream awakens creativity.

Not bad, but a bit expensive. I was trying, among the others, the coco sorbet that is really special. A bit less good the cream flavour.

Unfortunately I ate my ice cream so I couldn't upload a picture. The ice cream is fantastic, the flavors intense. It's homemade. I can highly recommend the white chocolate, cashew, tonka bean flavor and pistachio. Price performance is within the Zurich framework. Try it yourself.

What a great ice cream that I was able to try here. The employees behind the counter were very nice and prompt. A hidden gem here in the city of Zurich. Will definitely come back. I tried pistachios and salted caramel because for a delicate taste, you can tell that the ice cream is homemade.

Cute and funky little place near Wiedikon station. Their flavours are super creative and change regularly. I tried the white chocolate tonka bean cashew and banana brownie caramel, both of which were delicious. There's indoor and outdoor seating if you want to stay a while. I might get a couple of their vouchers as gifts for friends next time I'm here.

This is by far my favorite ice cream shop in Zurich. I have been 2 or 3 dozen times by now. What this place has is 1. Great Ice cream The salted caramel is the best on the planet. All of the other flavors are good as well. 2. A great atmosphere It is just a little shop with a couch, two small tables, some chairs. The people behind the counter are always happy to chat and you don't feel rushed. 3. Rum Hot chocolate. In addition to the ice cream, they also have coffee and a small selection of liquor based items. The Rum hot chocolate is perfect.

I like the decor, the seating, the art being sold and the sound. And the best part of all is that the ice cream shop is also open in winter ♥️

My personally favorite ice cream place. They got a small but nice selection of flavors, good locally roasted coffee and and waffles/cakes as well. So not just a summer place. Only issue is limited siting space indoors, which is a shame as the decor is very interesting and unique.

Best ice cream shop in Zurich! The three of us had the Baunstriezel with hazelnut ice cream. It was an absolute dream - plus great service that gave you great advice on your choice of ice cream and let you try a lot of things. Berlin flair in the middle of Zurich, definitely try it out!

Very stylish ice cream parlor in Zurich Wiedikon. There is excellent homemade ice cream in a variety of flavors with vegan alternatives. The waffles are crispy and very tasty. You also have to try the Baumstriezel when you visit, because it is a real treat. Some art by local artists is exhibited.
