These people are only friendly if they have something to sell. If you need service, the fault is found with the customer.

I've never written a negative reference anywhere, but now I feel compelled to. 4 years ago we bought our dream coffee machine, a Quick Mill Rubino. We paid 2000 CHF for the machine and mill. After a short time the pump broke. We took it in for service and it was repaired. We still had a guarantee. The (male) staff was unfriendly to us back then. Now we had problems with the power when turning on the machine. An electrician came to check our power network. He didn't find any network problems but when he opened the coffee maker he saw the problem there. From the photos you can see that the coffee machine is ruined. Most likely it wasn't repaired properly and there was always some water leakage. When we called we were treated unkindly again. We were told that we didn't take proper care and didn't use the right water (even though this is the MBudget bottled water they previously recommended to us). A machine that we had hoped to have for a lifetime is now ruined after 4 years and we have to buy a new one. They offered to sell us a new one, but still at the same price as in online stores. The service was completely lacking. We would absolutely not recommend purchasing a coffee machine from Elektras and are very disappointed.

The dripping brew group was repaired for chf 400; it dripped again after 3 months. Instead of a guarantee, another attempt at repair was made for CHF 200 - contrary to the agreement.

Already bought the second machine in Bern. Service, advice and friendliness are top! 100% recommended. Thank you for your great effort!

Good advice, excellent equipment. A little more expensive, but they last forever. Service also top. I have been a customer for years and will remain so.
