I bought a 300g beef entrecote for my friend today, unfortunately it was very lean, tough and light I'm very disappointed, even for the price I paid, just over 20.- As a chef, I'm used to a different quality. but the seller was very friendly and otherwise the store is great, regional and fresh products.

The butcher shop delivers meat to our military every day. I have never seen someone as unfriendly and as uncaring about their job as the delivery person. I would never buy meat from him with a business card like that. No wonder the butcher shops are being driven away by the discounters.
