Eleven in Bern

Food was great and served very quickly even though we were a group of 7 people. The ambience was great for YB fans, good for sports freaks, well for everyone else :D Service was organized and friendly, but not very attentive. You forgot to take some drink orders because you were “distracted”.

The staff is always very friendly, the food is of a high standard, when there are football games it is a must to order a pizza, even if it could be a fight😉😂

We had our Christmas dinner this year at Restaurant Eleven and were extremely satisfied. From the great organization (both before the event and on site), the wonderful atmosphere to the friendly and prompt employees, our event was excellent from A to Z. Our participants also particularly praised the very good food. The different areas (aperitif, dinner, etc.) and the good technology (music options, microphones with speakers, etc.) make the location very suitable for company events.

I really liked it and everything was tip top...

The portion of noodles were overcooked and despite the criticism, we only received more sauce with the same noodles. A day later exactly the same thing. On the other hand, the pizza was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was extremely friendly. Maybe it would be helpful to reconsider the quality of the food. Price performance not justified. Nevertheless, the visit was overall pleasant, thanks to the great service and the pleasant ambience.

Very fast and attentive service. The food was good and plentiful and was served very quickly. The ambience in the restaurant is stylish with an open kitchen and an industrial look, but due to the size of the entire restaurant there is no real coziness. Reachable from the trade fair in no time - a big plus!

Very good pizza prosciutto (CHF 21.80)! The salad was far too small for CHF 7.80. It was loud but cool location.

Even though the restaurant wasn't that busy, we were simply left standing at the reception. So we went to a restaurant where you felt welcome.

The waiter made us feel so uncomfortable, unhappy and stressed. He was in a hurry and took the order rudely and served it like that. Shame on this bar, hurts its reputation.

Today we were disappointed for the first time. We were deliberately forgotten. 1 person came into the restaurant after us. Instead of us, they asked this person first. Today for us, terrible customer service. We won't be able to come back any time soon. If you ignore certain people, you shouldn't let them into the restaurant.

The place is nice. Food is good, especially the Italian dishes.

I had to change my rating i gave. Eventually a weiter was very nice and helped me to the table and setted up a rugby game for me, unfortunately the weiter that took the order was very rude and not really friendly... i must be fair, 3, half for the good and half for the bad, but i wont come back for watching a game of rugby anymore...

Restaurant in the Wankdorf football stadium. Not a classic football spot, but also a restaurant with class! I like going here because the food is good and the service is good.

Staff a bit overloaded due to the concert rush but friendly. Although my order was forgotten, the food was ultimately very good. I drank 1 beer but paid for 2 beers because the first beer was on the forgotten order. But I can financially handle the amount for the forgotten beer... I consider this a sponsorship 😃

Had a sensational lunch menu today. Pasta with beef fillet cubes, tomato sauce and chili. There's no better way to prepare it. Service? Super nice and totally attentive. Highly Recommended.

Good food, friendly service. Terrace cozy, even if located on a busy, huge asphalt square. On our next visit we will eat inside the restaurant to be able to enjoy some of the ambience.

Service unmotivated. The menu salad is really the cheapest of the cheapest. Better to leave it out completely. The food is boring and monotonous. A pity.

Worst pizza of my entire life (51 years old)!!! Ordered Pizza Napoli, with additional garlic, onions and extra tomato sauce (i.e. more tomato sauce than usual on the pizza). Each position was charged extra at 1.- (total + 3.-). It was a disgrace what we were served for 23.80. No garlic, a tiny slice of onion, a tablespoon of tomato sauce for the whole pizza. the dough was rubbery, the olives from the wholesaler and tasted like dishwashing liquid, the cheapest industrial mozzarella, tomato sauce (hardly there, see picture) no taste... Waiter insisted on the price!!!!! Shame on Eleven!!!!!!!!!

Fair price/performance ratio, quick service and fine cuisine

Pretending to be Italian food... In Italy we don't mix chicken with risotto... Never. Neither we put so much vinegar in the salad.

It's a shame if there's nothing to eat at 2130, even though it says everywhere that the kitchen is open until 2200. It's a shame the waiter said that after bringing the drinks. otherwise we would be in Den mac.

We always meet for dinner at Eleven, always authentic cuisine, always committed and warmly served. We'd love to come back in the new year!

The beauty of this place is that first of all it is convenient to reach. It is a walking distance from Bern Wankdorf train station away. If you want to do some shopping prior to dining, the Wankdorf stadium shopping mall gives you this opportunity as well. The restaurant itself is big, the inside is bright and spacious. If you want to have just a drink while watching soccer, no problem. The bar will do it. But if you rather out for some dinner or lunch, the restaurant part in the back is the place to sit and yet you can see the screens to watch soccer. The service during our team dinner was great. Paid attention to detail and was pretty speedy. The money for value is given and the food tasted delicious. Give it a try if you like Italian food.

Good food and friendly service. The only critique for me is that they effectively only serve pizza after about 20:45 or so. Since I tend to want to eat a little later than the typical Swiss person, would be nice to keep the expanded menu available a little longer. Good pizza though!

Furthermore, our food arrived far too late (even though we pointed out the limited time when ordering and were assured that this wouldn't be a problem). The service is very bad. My sister & I visited Eleven last week. The waiter who served us was always friendly and courteous. When we got our Aperol Spritz and the starter (large salad plate with bacon), we were very satisfied with the food and drink. When we got the main course we were just DISAPPOINTED. My sister's food was missing. She ordered penne mamma rosa (tomato cream sauce, cherry tomatoes & buffalo mozzarella) when her food arrived she only got penne with tomato cream sauce without a single cherry tomato or buffalo mozzarella! I order beef entrecôte, rocket, parmesan shavings and fried potatoes, this dish was also just a disappointment! The meat came cold, the potatoes tasted like they were 2 days old! When we returned the food to improve my sister's dish and warm my meat, I saw the look on the chef's face all the way to us like he was SITTED about warming/improving the dish again. Personally, I can NOT recommend the food.

After the match there was a lot of activity and very loud. But the atmosphere was good despite the bad game. Is worth a visit.
