Emma's Bäckerei Luzern - Ruopigen in Luzern

Wonderful and atmospheric bakery, very tasty and close to home + shopping center. Very cool tomato baguette, and also a small discount with an STU card from the Lucerne Bank. I recommend!

We won a voucher for 20 francs in a theater tombola in January 2023. Yesterday we redeemed it, but were amazed at how completely unprofessional the employee handled it. We don't have any such vouchers was the first answer that she had to make a phone call. Since no one answered and we made no move to let this voucher expire, we were still able to redeem it after a good 10 minutes. We were also amazed at the complete lack of price information on the products. Here, too, there was no indication that the employee knew the prices; she had to do a lot of research on the computer. Not fulfilled across the board!

I like Emma's a lot. The bread is always fresh and the saleswoman is always friendly. The dessert selection is good and fresh. We will continue to get our bread and dessert here. I just don't find the post very exciting.

Eat good. Waiting times bad. The staff is slow and doesn't work efficiently, so there are huge queues outside the place! However, the staff is friendly. You don't have to understand that Redbull is not integrated into the Kanti hit. However, the offers are good and cheap. Unfortunately, fries are sometimes not seasoned enough

The Proseco breakfast is simply awesome. Price/performance outstanding. Many more can take a role model. And combine the whole thing with the customer card - we'll be back...
