Eringer Hotel in Vex

Beautifully rendered hotel, with excellent facilities and a professional service . They are willing to be flexible and engage on requests from their guests, which is very much appreciated. Great ski-in, ski-out location. Although there are great restaurants in the broader area, there is not really a central village nearby or within walking distance, but this may improve when other developments next door will be finished. All in all a wonderful experience!

We had a superb stay. The view from the spa is spectacular. The staff are welcoming and especially Nicola at reception. The room is comfortable, the bedding is quality, but can be a little stiff, it all depends on individual preferences. The wellness area is magnificent (however, a cleaning device would be useful to clean the edges of the swimming pool which are too slippery). The decoration is tastefully done. The restaurant menu, a little tight at the moment but the dishes are of quality.

Well, it's probably not going as planned because it's not finished yet and it's being put up quickly. Menu very very poor. Staff processes not clear. Access from the underground car park to eating out at 2300 was blocked with a badge, the bar was closed because the cash register was billed and the staff was unable to book the consumption into the room. IT system probably from 1980?!? Apreski bar is advertised, but closed! Wellness is great, it's a shame if you go outside after the sauna, you can't come back, outside door with knob... 🙈 But: It has potential as long as the area has snow and you can go from the ski room to the “piste”. Unfortunately, prices are likely to rise.

An average hotel that's not worth the money, very small spa, very old rooms, service is okay. All in all, not worth the money.

Hotel decorated with great taste. Very friendly reception staff who were very helpful in finding an emergency doctor for me. Beautiful spa. You have a unique view of the mountains from the outdoor swimming pool and sauna. Very good accessibility to the slopes. Very nice breakfast buffet. Very friendly manager François-Marie who gave us excellent tips for restaurants in the area. This hotel is highly recommended.

We just came back from an amazing weekend at Eringer hotel. We loved the location, ‘ski in, ski out’ the design was beautiful, the rooms are very cosy with comfortable beds and the spa is fantastic, many different pools, saunas and relaxing rooms!!! Can’t wait to go back

Magnificent hotel with superb rooms as well as great wellness. Large lobby. Ideal hotel for seminars or for a weekend getaway.

Brand new and very beautiful hotel with a beautiful view and a very pretty room BUT the hotel and its partners seem to have management problems: The hotel: half of the letters of the indicators on the walls are missing, on the stairs from the parking lot to the spa : nails and cigarette butts on the floor/dust++. The spa: linens and bathrobes placed everywhere, slippery floors and stairs with plastic +/- stuck to the floor. The restaurant: extremely limited evening menu and the breakfast brunch is not worthy of a luxury hotel. We hope these are early problems with the hotel as it is very pretty and has a lot of potential.

The hotel is modern and warm. It is at the foot of the slopes (ski-in ski-out and return). The spa (free for hotel guests) is huge and beautiful: 3 swimming pools including 1 outdoor, a very hot bath and a very cold one, a hammam and several saunas... the rooms are functional but quite ordinary given the price. Unfortunately the customer service is deficient which spoils the pleasure a little. The 2 restaurants are good (and expensive), but here too the service is completely amateurish. Note that the hotel is very isolated and therefore there is no walking in the evening, and little possibility of dining anywhere other than the hotel.

We were very well received by the receptionist, very jovial and friendly. The room was perfect. The decoration is magnificent. Everything is tastefully thought out. The Spa is superb. What a view from the indoor and outdoor baths. Wow Small problem regarding the 1809 salad, it did not correspond at all to the title. The tiramisu was just sublime, the plate was beautiful and the taste perfect. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet lacks a little organization and precision. The bread was not thawed, the team still needs to get used to it. Very nice memory of this wonderful stay. We'll come back.
