We gave our ECM Technika IV to two companies for revision and nothing worked, then we came to Espressoworld in Murten and lo and behold. Not only did we get a free replacement machine, they repaired our machine perfectly, explained what the problem was, showed us the broken parts and gave us tips and tricks along the way. Service like this is perfect!

Writing this review a month later, after I got my Lelit MaraX from service + maintenance. Currently the machine works better than I bought it 2 years ago. I am extremely happy with the service provided, communication, time taken for servicing (4 weeks, considering that parts normally for these machines are being delivered for 3 weeks from Lelit), and perfectly reasonable price for replacing faulty parts + maintenance + a pair of filters for the water tank. Thank you for your efforts and keep up the good work!

Lelit MaraX: had a problem after changing the filter cartridge. Ms. Neuenschwander was able to give me an absolutely competent solution to the problem on the phone and so I was able to get the machine running again. It's wonderful that you can get competent advice from this company, which is no longer the case with most online retailers. In the future I will only send my espresso machine to Espressoworld. Thank you!

TOP address for the purchase/maintenance of piston machines. My pearl was serviced in Murten - I am extremely satisfied with the work and I also think the costs are reasonable. My machine has been serviced in Murten for years! I deducted 1 star for the long waiting time; I would very much appreciate it if the service work were better coordinated - such as: in a car garage. I had to wait over 5 weeks for my machine to be serviced. With appropriate planning I suspect this could be optimized to even under a week (if no extra parts need to be ordered).

Friendly and competent, however if you bring a machine to them for repair, be aware that they will charge CHF 50.– just to establish the offer. This is a justifiable practice to some extent and this amount is deducted from the invoice if you do the repair, but it would be even better if the customer was informed beforehand.

Received an ECM machine from Espressoworld, which was sold through Interdiscount. Machine delivered defective, none of the 3 parties (ECM, Espressoworld, Interdiscount) are responsible! After repeated hacking, the machine was repaired and justified with a succinct remark that yes, that can happen. And so what should a premium product/service be?

I wanted to register my coffee machine for service over the phone, but that didn't seem possible. “Just bring the machine over” was the message. Normally the service takes 2-3 weeks. So I brought the machine over before the holidays. After three weeks the machine was still not in the workshop, and not even after four weeks. After 6 (!) weeks I was able to pick up the machine - and that's simply not possible these days. When I handed over the machine, I wanted an offer for a new coffee machine with a grinder etc. I was promised this, but I never received it. After all, it's not a big deal since I won't be buying any more machines there. But that also speaks for the business, or not. The service was carried out correctly for over Fr. 410, the replaced parts were put aside. The employee sensed my anger when I picked up the machine and gave me another pack of coffee, not something you can drink. I was in contact with a roasting company/coffee machine dealer in Bern and Zurich who “have to” work with Espressoworld and also complain about the very poor service. It's a shame, ECM makes solid machines, but unfortunately the monopoly is getting out of hand for the people from Murten and they haven't reacted to the (foreseeable) trend. Therefore, don't just look at the beautiful machines, but also think about who your contact person is for service and repairs.

It could also be a sixth star. Everything is espresso: fast, uncomplicated, professional. Technical problem sent as a photo, solution 15 minutes later... And that with a 15-year-old device for which there is hardly any documentation left. If you buy a coffee machine, remember this address.

I've been going to Mr. Neuenschwander and his daughter for quite some time. I always receive extremely courteous, competent and friendly advice. The service is great and our machine always runs perfectly. If you like coffee and know what it takes, then this is the address in Switzerland!!!!! Easy to reach, fair prices, best products, exclusive service, it's great that shops like this still exist.

The farm shop is beautifully arranged and we have been shopping there for years. We never questioned the prices, only noticed that they had risen a lot since Corona, but we thought it was like everywhere else. However, if you analyze the prices more closely, you will notice that many products have such a large resale margin that you almost fall off your chair. Example of honey: 500g of forest honey from the organic beekeeping not far from Murten costs 27.50, but we bought it anyway. The same organic forest honey costs 17.50 directly from the beekeeper's shop. I have to say that we were a bit shocked and also did the math on the flour, coffee, meat, etc. The margins are enormous, all between 30 and 57% surcharge. For me, this is a disgrace and a rip-off on a large scale, especially in times when inflation is running rampant and customers are getting less for their money. But maybe this is just a shop for rich customers, that's what it looks like and since we're not one of them, we'll avoid the Ferme 1794 farm shop in Murten in the future.

If you like good chicken wings, this is the place for you!!😍 Service is great and somehow familiar. Facility is a bit outdated. So stuck in the 90s. The ceiling is a bit low. So people over 1.80 m should keep their heads down. But today there is always sport on✌🏼😁

Excellent regional cuisine with fresh ingredients. Also many traditional dishes that are no longer offered. Here beef tongue in white wine sauce with dry rice and a vegetable bouquet. The price is reasonable and the ambience is absolutely homely and worth seeing. A great experience.
