We were invited to this beautiful place and the restaurant with a great atmosphere. OLD combined with NEW, well done. The food was great, we are more than thrilled. Very friendly staff and always attentive. On warm days, you can use the terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Zurich.

I couldn’t be more in love with a restaurant. It’s so warm and cozy, waiters are so attentive and make you feel very special. Food is the best quality and really tasty. The view and the terrace make it so romantic and impressive! Here is where I would bring people I love to make them feel amazing!

I had an incredible time with this restaurant, aside from the gastronomic flavors they had the place has amazing view panoramic of the gold coast side. best time to come before the sunset for dinner. As foreigner i would say price is hefty but it comes with quality. Some staff is fluent in English and always make sure that we have our best time at the resto. Will come back & highly recommend.

We chose Etzliberg for my mother's 80th anniversary celebration. In short: it was great! Excellent cuisine - courteous and warm service, a fantastic view. Seems to be an insider tip. In a beautiful location with a very large terrace and a fantastic view of Lake Zurich. Wheelchair accessible, including toilet on the same level. Great food and super friendly service. It definitely wasn't the last time there. Attention: Google for driving bans sometimes. This path is the wrong one. If the police are on site it will be expensive. So be careful. Use signposted parking spaces otherwise charges will be filed

The four of us were in this beautiful restaurant for the first time. Very well maintained inside with a large and clean terrace with a wide view from Zurich - over the lake to the Pfannenstiel - to the Glarus Alps! From a culinary point of view it was a dream. This menu makes it difficult to choose. The service was attentive and very friendly. We were welcomed with a smile and farewell with a heartfelt thank you. That's how it has to be! We'll definitely come back - we're looking forward to it.

At first, as a vegetarian, I wasn't that impressed because there only seemed to be two hot dishes without meat. One each on the normal menu, the monthly special menu and the lunch menu. But then I had to change my mind because the dish I ordered was a culinary dream! A perfect composition of ingredients, generously sized portions and the beautiful view of the lake contribute to the positive overall impression. The restaurant is rightly well attended and the price/performance ratio is right. Only the parking situation is not ideal. I will gladly come again.

Always a good stop. Whether for a drink or a good meal. And all of this with an excellent view over Lake Zurich and the mountains between St. Gallen and the Schwyzer and Glarus mountains.

Just wow. I can't rate the terrace because we visited in cold weather. The food is excellent, the staff are very friendly, helpful and sometimes have fun. Very sympathic! Reservation recommended. We will be back definitely.

Very friendly service, Swiss hospitaly at its very best. Enjoyed a Schnitzel cooked to perfection, golden, juicy and tender with pommes and cranberries. Lovely ambience, oh and easy parking available. What more could you ask for.....

very tasty food (our favorites are the Wiener Schnitzel, the Leberli, the vegetables and the tarte flambée). The view is of course fantastic and when the temperatures are mild, the large terrace almost takes you on vacation :) the service is always courteous and cheerful and always up for a joke :) Parking spaces are available. The price is appropriate for the location and ambience, for me the price-performance ratio is right.

Once again we enjoyed our stay in this very good restaurant. The location is beautiful. As usual, the food was beyond any doubt. The service was extremely friendly, personable and accommodating, special praise to waiter Nils. A friendliness that is unfortunately no longer a given everywhere. You feel good. Highly recommended.

The food is very good, fresh small rösti as a side dish, I had pork fillet baked in the oven with red wine jus, very tasty. And hot chocolate cake liquid core. We recommend. We will be back

We called. They said come and when we got there 10 minutes later..she said the kitchen was closing for us. Such an impudence...really disrespectful.

It was actually a really wonderful evening. The food was great, although I personally would have liked a few more vegetarian options. The gentleman who served us was an absolute treasure, extremely friendly, accommodating and humorous. Unfortunately, one of the female waitresses was extremely unfriendly, as there seemed to be a mix-up with our orders. Instead of simply resolving it, we were dismissed with the accusation "you don't remember what you ordered", which was not the truth. Personally, I think it's a shame because the rest of the evening was really nice.

Very fine food, beautifully prepared. Friendly staff From soup to salad to rösti, various meats and side dishes... everything was very tender, well seasoned, really spicy - wonderful to enjoy. Will definitely come back.

We were able to eat there spontaneously with our 3 children and our dogs. It was uncovered white especially for us within a very short time and this was wonderfully secluded and with lots of space. The food was excellent. We would particularly like to mention the children's menus, which also had a children's salad and tarte flambée to choose from (see photos). The staff was very friendly, accommodating and attentive! People really enjoy eating here...

Good food, but in my opinion it's not enough for 5 stars, there are plenty of alternatives that are even better. Price/performance okay due to the location/view. It's a shame that the menu isn't transparent regarding ingredients, this would be possible these days with minimal effort, the competition shows wonderfully how it could be made simple and clear.

One of the best restaurants on the Silver Coast with a magnificent, unique view of Lake Zurich and an Alpine panorama! The staff is incredibly well-positioned and the food is first class. Traditional dishes are reinterpreted somewhat, but not too much. Really great and very good!
