We ordered the roasted porc and the stir fried noodles and we had to admit that in all the porc meat we got, we found a lot of cartilages that were very hard and my brother even bit on. It was very expensive too and i am sorry to say but overall it was pretty boring. The waitress was really nice and friendly tho.

I usually order food and sometimes pick it up, the food has always tasted great (big fan of the fried rice) and it’s generally prepared fast. The service has always been very friendly 🍜🐉

I had chicken with peanut butter and chili...a great combination and very tasty, but spicy. What I didn't like was the toilet situation. Great food service and atmosphere

Came in with high expectations based on the number of Chinese people dining in, but this spot was disappointing. We ordered a variety of meat and veggie dishes and not a single one tasted Chinese. The kung pao chicken was strange (the sauce was sweet and the chicken was weirdly sliced). The mapo tofu had none of the peppercorn or numbing spice you would expect. Overall, the food here isn’t bad but it’s incredibly Westernized and overpriced for what you get. If you’re looking for authentic Chinese food, I would look elsewhere.

Everything we ordered was delicious. In particular, the grilled gyoza were high-quality dumplings with meaty juiciness. I want to eat again.

Unfortunately, this restaurant does not deserve this name. We like to go out often and eat well, but this visit was more of a rip-off disaster. Any Chinese food is certainly welcoming when you are touring a foreign country..but importantly the food taste as good as at home. Generous portions and good fast service. The only blemish was when requested to top-up the broth, we are so used here it will be topped up with broth but here plain tap water (maybe here they practice this differently).

This place was amazing, just what we needed during our travels. The staff was nice and accommodating. We came back here again during our short stay in Montreux.

Chef is also super nice to make some adjustments as per your choice of spices and some additional ingredients. If you are in Montreux and want to try something interesting other than bread and cheese then I would highly recommend Fai Wong restaurant! It is right next to the railway station or Coop supermarket!

Came here with my family and we just ordered 2 main dishes(veg fried rice and chicken noodles and dumplings too) as we were not that hungry but once everyone had a taste we made sure our plates were clean 😋. Really delicious food! P.S don’t forget to try the schezwan sauces if you like some spice!

I have been to many countries and currently in another "touristy" area of Switzerland and have yet to be charged for TAP water. And I'll just say not all tourist places rip off their customers with substandard food and erroneous charges since their food speaks for itself and people WANT to dine there. Unlike this place that had nobody in there until we took a chance. Which was followed by an older couple wandering in upon watching us eat our food. Also, an entree and 2 sides is plenty food for 2, not several, people as the owner is trying to imply we under ordered. That's pretty much 2 entrees worth of food and many restauranters are more than happy with such orders. I thought waste was frowned upon in Switzerland so seems like I found a very suitable country for my "lifestyle". Thanks. I seem to be on a roll with my dissatisfaction for places in Montreux but honestly can't figure out if people just have low standards here or I'm just picky. I consider myself decently traveled so I know I can't just be ignorant to different country's standards. I think this place must be getting high marks from either 1. People who don't know better or 2. People who are lowering their standards in light of availability. The food here was what I would compare to freezer Chinese food. Over saucy, untextured, and skimpy with the good stuff i.e. meat and veggies. But if you're Asian and traveling, it's fine, it satisfied a craving. Albeit at a steep cost. All of the above I can live with. What really put a bad taste in my mouth was discovering the owner tacked on a 2CHF per glass of tap water charge. When one is asked between tap or bottled, one will assume the former isn't charged. Especially because nowhere on the drink menu is there a charge for tap water. It's not a bank breaking amount but the principal of ripping off customers who come to spend their money on what is already substandard food. BTW the food that came out was a pitiful amount. I know we Americans are wasteful and gluttonous but when I order Shrimp Tom Yum Soup for close to $20USD, I kinda expected more than a teacup of flavored water. Don't believe my words as pictures say a thousand.
