Eating bad food and I felt very sick

I waited more than 1.5 hours for very sloppy potatoes and a burger that was ok but also a bit sloppy. I can't recommend it.

Edited: food was never delivered but UberEats did refund my money finally! BEWARE!!! This restaurant is a SCAM! We ordered from here through UberEats last night and we are yet to receive the order. Mind you, it says “completed” on the Uber account. We called the restaurant multiple times to confirm the address and they kept saying the order is on the way. After a while, the restaurant stopped taking our calls. UberEats Switzerland has also been extremely unhelpful with this particular order. We wanted to give this restaurant a chance because we had a long travel day and it was one of the few places open. Big regret!

never again... Hamburgers soft like warm butter Disgusting. Fries and wedges were raw and had to be put in the oven for 30 minutes. too expensive, service? 30 minutes late. 1.15h for a delivery? Never again. Such companies are destroying the catering industry.

We ordered food on Uber eats. Aprox time was 25-45 minutes, after 2,5 h nothing is delivered yet. Driver told me after 50 min of waiting that food will be in 20 min, after that he didn’t pick his phone up for 1 hour. It’s shocking how bad service can be. There is no more contact with restaurant, no one is picking phone.

The kebab shop that Langnau was waiting for (irony). I ordered there twice, just because I had coupons from Smood. The prices on portals like JustEat are at best overpriced. Thought no one could beat Ofelya in terms of price. But... I'd rather take the car and go to "With and without" or Ayverdi's. Even cheaper, although higher rents and operating costs.
