The ugly old lady with the gray hair is very very very rude! She is always moody, complains about not having time even if she works there, her breath stinks so badly so does her attitude. It would be great to have new staff because Shes seriously not it. Since langnau is filled with older people i would recommend younger staff. Thank you.

Today at 6:55 a.m. I was the salesman at the gas station with the mustache and somewhat frizzy hair. Suddenly shouts “oh no no, that’s not possible” and looked in my direction. He then ran behind the counter, panting heavily, and asked what I wanted now. Extremely rude to me, I asked him if he had a problem and he said “no, it’s fine now”. This seller has already done this several times and now it's enough. I was a regular customer there. No more. Absolutely not recommended.

I live in Langnau so I guess I can comment on this. The rude staff that is mentioned in many comments is gone, I had experienced them myself and they weren’t nice indeed. But now that the only staff I know from before is the older lady who is very nice, this shop comes in handy. This is the only place in Langnau that’s opened on Sundays for a quick buy and is close to the train station.

Unfriendly staff. Boss and boss very nice. Suggestion: hire new staff.

Rude and absolutely incompetent!!! I always had incompetent staff at the checkout, but today was the last time for me! Congratulations, such catastrophic reviews (for a gas station!) have to be achieved first.

I have never written a review for a gas station. But here I was strongly encouraged to do so. The staff, except for the older lady, are extremely unfriendly and I will never go there again.

I was recently at Tamoil, due to the Corona crisis there was a sign in front of the store that read: NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE 4 I then entered the store. It was just my turn, there were 3 customers and 1 staff in the store Suddenly the boss's wife shouted for someone to leave the store, on one side there was me, I just needed cigarettes and was already standing in front of the checkout and on the other hand there was a man with his children who was still standing by the refrigerated section. For some inexplicable reason the woman chose me and unceremoniously placed me in front of the shop, even though the sign said '4 customers'. When I re-entered the store I asked about the problem since she wasn't a customer and didn't have to count herself among them. The woman's reaction was worse than in kindergarten; she thrashed and screamed. When I re-entered the store I wanted to take a photo of the poster showing the boss so that I would know where I could complain, then she snatched the cell phone out of my hand and kept it behind the cash register for a short while and handed it over I'm banned from shopping :). Not the first time that the staff doesn't know how to behave legally AND humanely.

Apart from the older woman, the staff is unfriendly, even as a regular customer we are treated inappropriately. There have been several unnecessary arguments with the saleswoman in which the customer was treated with anything but respect, on the contrary.

Very bad conditions for the older lady. I bought something for about CHF 11.10 and wanted to give the additional CHF 1.10 because I paid with a twenty note. Since mine have very bad sound, that's definitely not possible, so I give them a 10 note return, I decide what the return is worth and I don't give it to you. Yes, well, but it's really sad how they go around with customers.

Bad service and everyone shouts that this isn't possible. Customers have to be treated like kings

Open Sundays as well, also good for small shopping.

My car broke down at this place but fortunately it wasn't blocking the pumps. This was after I purchased something in the shop. I went back in and informed the shop about my problem. I told them I was getting assistance. The lady behind the counter reacted annoyed and kept telling me that I have to remove the car despite me explaining to her that the car is not working. She basically wanted the car off the property which seemed pretty unfriendly and unreasonable for the given situation. Anyway. Unless your bringing money; don't expect a good service.
