Like every Gelateria di Berna, they have a unique and wonderful selection of ice cream flavors. The filling quantity varies slightly depending on the person preparing it, but it's definitely worth it.

The best ice cream in Bern. “Gelateria di Berna” is something like a seal of quality. Very diverse offering, there is something for everyone. Longer waiting times must be expected, especially on hot days. It's definitely worth queuing and waiting - our children love it.

Known for its homemade italien-style ice cream throughout Bern and Zurich, I was disappointed. I went to two stores (Mittelstrasse, Pestalozzistrasse). While Pestalozzistrasse had bigger cones and ice cream scoops, the flavour was not that great. Really, most ice cream shops dotted throughout in Zurich or Vienna are leagues ahead in quality. Even in Bern, go to La Golosa instead!

Das Eis der Gelateria di Berna ist unumstritten das Beste (oder eines der Besten) in Bern. Die allermeisten Sorten sind super, manchmal gibt es auch eine Griff ins Klo (z.B. Waldboden-Malz oder Randen-Wasabi). Aber bekanntlich sind Geschmäcker ja verschieden... Auch wenn ich niemanden kenne, dem diese Sorten schmecken schätze ich persönlich die Innovativität sehr! Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt ist die lange Dauer bis man dran kommt, sogar wenn die Schlange nicht lange ist. In der Filiale im Weissenbühl haben sie da so Schnecken an der Theke, die sich durch gar nichts aus der Ruhe bringen lassen. Zum Leidwesen der Kunden...
