Since the change of ownership about a month ago, not only the furnishings have improved, but also the concept - in a way that has completely convinced me. The weekly changing menu is a real journey of discovery for the palate (I've been there at lunchtime so far). The variety of delicious dishes and the constantly new culinary highlights make Fiori a place that you will want to visit again and again. The lovingly designed furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes your stay particularly pleasant. The staff is not only extremely friendly and attentive, but also shows considerable consideration for individual needs. As a diabetic, relevant aspects were sensitively pointed out to me and my food was adapted perfectly within the scope of possibilities. What is particularly worth mentioning is the excellent coffee quality at an extremely attractive price. A perfect start to the morning and another reason to visit Fiori regularly. All in all, I can highly recommend Restaurant Fiori. The weekly changing menu ensures constant culinary variety, coupled with a loving ambience and service that leaves nothing to be desired. My next visit is already planned!

I have now eaten at Fiori 3 times since the restaurant reopened on November 10th, 2023. The two owners are incredibly friendly and serve their guests with great warmth and competence. During all my visits I ate a tarte flambée and drank a “Fiori-spritz”. The quality was consistently great and I can absolutely recommend all three tarte flambée variants (seasonal, vegetarian and classic)! There is also a large table in the basement that can be rented for events and on Sunday there is also a brunch with regional products, which is still on my to-do list ;) All in all, a great restaurant that is run with a lot of love. I wish the Fiori team all the best for the future and am already looking forward to the next "after-work tarte flambée", see you soon! :)
