Today we picked up super fine bread and various small pastries, the saleswomen were very nice and friendly, that makes our Sunday a happy day, we'll be happy to come back

I come to this bakery regularly because the rolls taste really great. The selection is diverse and the quality is consistently high. However, I have to say that the charisma of the employees is always a little off-putting. In the last 20 times I've been here, I haven't been smiled at once. It would be nice if the staff were friendlier and had a smile on their faces. It would definitely make the shopping experience more enjoyable. I often feel like I'm just buying what I need to get out quickly instead of feeling really comfortable and browsing in peace. I don't think I'm the only one who has this opinion. It would be great if the bakery could focus on customer friendliness to complement the great baked goods with equally positive customer interaction.

Very impolite! No greeting or farewell. The woman with the blonde long hair pulls a "slap" and is very demotivated! There's nothing like that in my store! Even though I "only" brought two packages, I find that very unprofessional! This happens more often at this bakery! Actually there would be no star!

The pretzel sandwich is great. Unfortunately, by 9:00 almost everything is gone. You have to be ready almost at 7:00 if you want a selection. Unfortunately, prices rise every few weeks. And whether it's a cafe or a take-away, the prices are exactly the same!!!
