I am a regular customer at Fleur de Pains Le Mont in Lausanne. Very friendly team, it's not just drinking coffee but also having a friendly time!

Saturday December 23, 9:00 a.m. I bought 2 white baguettes, 2 twisted ones and tuiles at Mont sur Lausanne for our lunch, slicing the twisted ones, they were not cooked correctly, had been frozen and recooked I don't know what but not good, see photos. Very disappointing, payment requested in advance for consumption on site, table full of crumbs and not cleaned during service, latte macchiato for 4.- served in a cardboard glass for consumption on site…

Too bad to serve the pastry on a cardboard plate with wooden services, and drink tea from a paper cup: worthy of a fast food restaurant but not a tea room

Always had room when we went there. I was even able to enjoy a pain au chocolat straight out of the oven.

On Sunday he had a very unfriendly and even aggressive dark-skinned waitress.

I come today and a skin saleswoman was really rude, I will never go back to the flower of bread at Le Mont sur Lausanne, even if the quality of the bakery is top notch with a waitress like that never again 👎 👎

For a first experience at Fleur de Pain au Mont I was very disappointed. Very unpleasant welcome. No toilets for customers who drink coffee on site. And finally the cereal bread that I bought was hard after not even 24 hours.

Very good bakery chain, salads to go are at a high price. The pastries and croissants are good but for the Parisian that I am, they are not up to French standard. Concerning croissants, this is a general observation of all bakeries in Switzerland.

Regular customer of Fleur de pains au Mont, I would like to say that the salespeople are very friendly as is the manager. There was only one rude saleswoman and she left. As for the quality of the products, everything I have taken so far has been very good. I only miss the delicious chocolate fondant that they no longer sell. In summary, I love this bakery☀️💫

I always go there for my Sunday morning breakfast, impeccable service and very good croissants/pain au chocolat!

Allows you to eat a healthy midday meal at a very reasonable price, like the pesto pasta enjoyed there recently. Also quality fruit juice and raisin bread that lived up to my expectations.

Horrible saleswoman, it's not the first time I've been to this branch and every time I come across this lady she is haughty and rude. Many friends have also told me about the same experience! If she's not the manager, I don't understand why she's kept her job for so many years. Her colleagues are very nice though.

Really not great service. Not a smile and you really feel like you're annoying the saleswoman. There is not much choice in the sandwiches and they are almost empty for a high price! To avoid !!

Lamentable! A totally tasteless soft bread ham sandwich. The slice of ham must not have been very fresh. Then a chocolate brownie that I shared with a friend. We found it heavy and too sweet. And very little chocolate taste. In summary, don't go to this bakery again. And given the opinions of other Fleur de Pain, avoid them all!

Dear. Industrial quality service not particularly pleasant

Almond croissants are a great way to start your morning meal. Not to mention all the other desserts which are delicious, they are incomparable to industrial products. We really feel the taste. The staff is very nice too, but I judge a bakery for its products in general. It's a shame that there are so many negative reviews.

The remaining star is for the loyalty card which only takes into account bread. A little commercial effort is required for the rest of the products.

Expensive for “homemade” industrial products

The establishment offers good products, and the staff is friendly, but I simply have a comment regarding an experience I had this morning. If you drop the bread on the floor before giving it to the customer, don't say "do you want me to change it?", but change it directly... I was distracted and in a hurry, so it's entirely my fault for agreeing to buy it but in a case like that, it's borderline to dare to sell the product.
