Nothing to say really everything at the top I highly recommend

It's just ridiculous. Only one person who takes care of the bakery and the tea room at the same time.... but where are we there... I thought I was in an advanced country....

2 young girls to take care of the service and at the same time the sale of bread on Sundays, it's not enough. Haaaa profit at the expense of quality. Snails with grapes, probably dried from the day before. Old establishment, not clean,

A facelift in this establishment which dates back several decades would be welcome. Especially in the basement with the toilets, old, dark and unwelcoming. Otherwise the service is rather friendly.

I find it unfortunate that 1 hour before closing, a saleswoman takes a broom and starts sweeping while there are customers. Even though it's Sunday!

I ordered 2 baskets for 15 Fr. I'll pick it up for you on Saturday when I get home, it's back, there's nothing that matches the order, if you buy from Migros you have a lot more than that, I'll call to ask for explanations the saleswoman disrespected me he didn't let me speak and and what's more, hung up on me if you're going to eat the leftovers I recommend the Peilz tower

Go through an application the first time at the top, welcoming waitress we were very satisfied! Second time we double our order we only have 20 minutes. We arrive on time and it's a disaster, not ready we wait more than 10 minutes outside in the form of understanding and the order is big nonsense the saleswoman chosen at random gets the amount wrong to our disadvantage .I'm so disappointed . Too bad we thought we would have the same service and professionalism every time...regrets.

A pleasant setting to spend some quality time with yourself while sipping a hot or cold drink, a pastry, sandwich, panini, focaccia, etc. reading a newspaper or a good book etc. Pastries are not always made on the same day. Just my feelings anyway

I go there sometimes, but I find the place a little dark, and it closes earlier than the other fleur de pains.

Ah fleur de pains a no welcomes it does good. The linear presentation opens your taste buds pastries, pastries, there is even coffee it is good to know to take away and the good smell warms your heart given the atmosphere of this year.

Error in order, low quality products and overpriced. Dry bagnat bread with the minimum of union inside. Very bad experience for the same price as the high end bakery across the street. We are far from the quality products promoted by the brand in its communication.

I was on vacation with my family for the Christmas market in Montreux, staying at the Tour de Peilz. several mornings we had breakfast there and we were very good, the waitresses are very kind and helpful, the products of excellent quality.

I was on vacation for a week around Peliz, living near this bakery, I went there often where I found a nice place where I had where the employees and the manager were very nice and qualified, good products. I recommend this place for a coffee break and also for families with children THANKS.

The girl who did the closing today was very nice and helpful. I give it 5*.

The ham croissant delight is worth it. The rest and industrialists. So no communication.

Despite the good quality products, we arrive at 6 p.m. to ask for a coffee and the cashier informs us that the machine is already cleaned, that the bakery is already closed, so no more coffee, however the entrance is clear, closing at 6:30 p.m. Damage.

We ordered lunch for our family (4 people) and had to wait 30 minutes to be served. 2 other tables left after a long wait without being served. Impossible for the waitress to manage the customers who came to buy bread, and the people who came to eat on site. We will not go back...

Disastrous, no one cleans the table after use. The terrace has not been swept, not washed for ages, dirty seat cushions, bird droppings, cigarette butts, aluminum waste. Some waitresses are not welcoming, smiling is not one of their attributes. Very disapointed.

Croissants and pain au chocolats reheated from the day before? You expect to eat fresh food and you are disappointed by the taste and especially the product which crumbles when you pick it up. Too bad I've already seen better ones in this brand but elsewhere...
