Excellent breakfast, very pleasant service

I like it because it's easy to access. There are good products. On the other hand, the furniture is not comfortable and not beautiful and this for all the Fleurs de pain.

Bakery with quality breads and delicious desserts!

30 minutes wait on 2.1.2024. Ridiculous for a single person to do the entire morning shift. Your colleague must do the bakery + table service + dish alone.... Unacceptable of you not to add a second collaborator.

This establishment is a real bakery. The lunch dishes are only heated in vacuum-packed packages, the taste of which is very mixed. But the staff is friendly and smiling. The setting is calm. Access to the parking lot is out of the ordinary (we'll say).

Fleur de Pain is renowned for its quality bread and its commitment to federal standards, ensuring products that meet high standards. I like to go to their spaces to have a good hot chocolate during my break. Just beautiful, I love all the assortments.

In terms of quality, we are more on the industrial side with some good ones (cannelés, certain breads) and some frankly not great at all (pastries). On the other hand, the team is always smiling, cool, friendly and alone justifies these 4 stars (difficult to give 5 when you see the quality of certain products). Expensive for what it is, harchi sweet jam with only 45% fruit, no taste. And above all baguette placed on the table whole neither cut nor toothed knife for the comfort of the customer. I will say that it is a mediocre breakfast if you are looking for taste!

I am very much not happy that I am giving this place a 3. I am a frequent customer of this place (due to proximity) for more than 5 years, I have taken many friends with me there and shopped many items from them (both cake, mille fuille, coffee, bread, or even their random items on shelf for sale). After pandemic the quality of their products started to deteriorate. In particular after the news on butter shortage in Europe, they started to use much much much less butter in all their mille feuille such that it turned from a normal soft croissant to something like a chips ! I used to love this place, now if I go there is mainly for their good vibe/memories or to see if they have been better. Unfortunately, I recently found out they have also lessened the amount of almond paste they place inside the almond croissant, making that also turn to a chips with almond flavor. I only enjoy their canelle for the moment, but I think it’s a little bit overpriced. So considering the lowered quality of croissant (mainly made of farine), you can tell they are overpricing their products. I really hope they take this review seriously and believe that their customers can tell if they are respecting them less now (by lowering the quality of the offered product) and are aiming to maximize the profit. It’s a strange thing, it’s only a matter of time till you loose your customers again :)

Frankly I find the prices outrageous, 4.60 small bottle of Evian, I think it's not normal.

Horrible, welcome and service. The waitress pours the two coffees, leaves them aside to change the roll of the card payment receipt, her colleagues look at her, not being able to do so after 5 minutes, I ask her what she is doing, she tells me to wait, I just want to pay madam by showing my 50.- note. I still had to wait for the roll change so she could serve me my two cold coffees, and her comment because I had stressed her out. This is actually not what we call a real BAKERY

Like all bread flowers: good but expensive

We came by on a Sunday and were really disappointed with the goods, a ham croissant which I have rarely eaten, such a bad one without taste or flavor, texture with the appearance of a cat's box, focaccia ditto bad without taste and ham sandwich equally dry and without interest: we haven’t finished anything! Don't you taste what you're doing? The comments are bad for most fleur de pain bakeries, is there anything to review? And it's not cheap for the mediocrity offered... we won't come back again, it's unfortunate to say but it's still better to go to a gas station!!

Possibility of eating hot lunch or salads or sandwiches. The only criticism if you go there regularly is the lack of variety in the pastries, even if they are excellent.

On the other hand, her colleague who spends all the time on the computer is unacceptable, I conclude that she is the one responsible (A blonde lady with tied hair) it's not normal that this lady doesn't come and give a hand to her colleague during lunch hours I spent Tuesday afternoon with my children and it was Madame Maria who served me. I was very happy, however when I returned to your store to eat I noticed poor organization and I left. Please do what is necessary because if it continues like this I will not return to your home! I gave you 5 stars because I just think I was served well by the other lady but next time I will give 1 star

Arrived at the bakery on Sunday 17.10 at 9:00 a.m. the counter is still full so a priori fresh in the morning. 1 ham croissant 1 pain au chocolat 1 croissant 2 orange juice and 2 apple juice for a total of 28.- 💸💸 the quality is really poor for a so-called bakery brand. Everything is dry without taste proof in picture. He sincerely lacks the know-how to even fill his pockets.

Ashamed ! Sorry to be so cash, but I've stopped here 3-4 times to get croissants and frankly it's not good. The quality of the croissants is just terrible. .They have no taste and are extremely floury and dry. It doesn't even deserve 1 star! In short, it was the last time I stopped at this bakery, although not far from home, to buy bread or croissants. The pre-baked Migros croissants are much better. On the other hand, the canelés are very good. I specify that I called after my breakfast at the bakery to express my dissatisfaction.

Normally I love this bakery, I go there very often and everything is excellent. Unfortunately I came across an extremely unpleasant, haughty and disrespectful lady (the manager if I understood correctly, perhaps in her 50s) who wouldn't let me have one to explain what I was asking. She spoke extremely badly to me in front of all the customers and probably allowed herself to do so given my age, she certainly would not have attacked me in this way if I had been an older person. I arrived with a smile and left empty-handed, having paid in advance for a basket, and upset for the evening. Avoid until this person retires, in any case I won't set foot there again because other Fleur de pains are managed by much friendlier staff in the region.

Way too expensive for the quality and quantity. A very small baguette for 4.-? Which doesn't even allow you to make lunch for 2 people.... Besides, for this price it's not even incredible. Lidl's bread is much better for example and yet it is a large German discounter. Anyway, they take us for pigeons. Let's vote with our wallet ;)
