The simple bad thing. They serve us with vell.

I like to stop at this pretty place when I'm not in a hurry! The baked goods are good, the staff always friendly. Only problem, this bakery - tee-room is not designed to be managed by one person! (Bakery part and tee-room part approx. 15 m apart). This often results in the wait which dissatisfies many customers who leave the queue and will certainly never return and change establishments. A second coffee machine on the bakery side with coffee service on a small tray that customers take to their table, could perhaps reduce waiting times and thus attract customers back. Which would justify the employment of a second person! In the meantime, the waitress doesn't need to plan Vita routes! 😉 Jean-Paul Respinguet

Very disappointed with the service. …we put a set on a really dirty table…. and you are served the plate next to a full ashtray even though you do not smoke… yet there are few people…. Detestable

Good morning, being a former regular who was very disappointed with Fleur de Pain aux Croisettes, I decided to come back from time to time but here at Croix Blanche. I am writing to you to find out if the almond in the Smiley choco was expensive? Was she speeding? Like chocolate, right? It went by so quickly that there wasn't enough. I think you can already modify the sales label as well as the price :) Concerning the pastry, it lacks a lot of work, there is no taste of chocolate, you can barely smell the almonds and hazelnuts so much that the sugar is pronounced and the baking should also be reviewed. I ordered a hot chocolate and a cappuccino to take away, without checking in the holder, my hot chocolate was cold. Not cold because it was lukewarm, not just cold milk with cocoa powder. On this Bise Sunday with -2 degrees, I wasn't expecting that. Lots of people and few staff, you have to be patient. Definitely this bakery chain, you should only go there as a last resort, if you really have no other choice... Make the artisanal bakeries work, better products and the welcome too.

My partner just came home with a croissant from here. I was the worst croissant of my life. I can’t tell if they sold old ones or if they’re just this bad.

2.90 for a pain au chocolat with a single bar of chocolate. Might as well go to the supermarket.

Little variety of products and the quality was better

So desperate, I am the first to encourage going to a bakery rather than a supermarket... I took a salad to take away, we give you a small balloon for 13. - all my green salad below was inedible completely flattery and the garnish let's not talk about it non-existent and not good.... in short unfortunately today I went to get my salad at the Coop for 8.- and impeccable, ask yourself the right questions.

Too bad.... We hope to soon find vegan pastries and products.

Bagnat bread with no filling, fairly high prices and unpleasant consumption on site due to the large quantity of flies.

Poor quality bakery... A desire for a good country bread? a good, fresh baguette? good pain aux chocolats? No, impossible, a brick will then be delivered to you for your money (a sum close to an RSA).

It’s a great spot with a variety of breads, sandwiches and pastries. A very nice place to read a book and just chill on a weekend afternoon!

Unfriendly staff. We ate there a salad mixed with tuna which looked good in the takeaway box but which was spilled on a plate, very unappetizing since we only saw the salad and no garnishes. We also had a chicken and cheese panini which was served to us after approx. 7 or 8 min and it wasn't even warm and had no taste. We will definitely not go back there again.

In the morning, I looked forward to having breakfast. I bit into your croissant and I was no longer hungry because it was so bad. I then tasted the pain au chocolat, as well as the carac and neither satisfied me. Because of you, I'd rather have instant noodles at 8 a.m. than buy your pastries again. If you have ever tasted a good croissant in your life, this place will be such a horror. Sincerely.

My wife ordered and paid for a lemon tart to be picked up the next day. The next day we were told that the order had not been placed. We were offered to take another one but there were only two others which were not at all to our son's taste. we then wanted a refund or a voucher for another time. The voucher was not possible and for a refund it was very complicated and long. Not very happy we asked to speak to the manager who did not deign to come (well hidden behind we did not see her even though we spent 30 minutes in the store, we cannot say that the apprentice who served was well supported!). Weary, we left, telling him that we were going to write for reimbursement. We will see what happens but one thing is already certain, flee the White Cross branch.

I like what is made at home. But I hate having to drink my coffee and eat dessert next to my main course plate. Monsieur prefers to stay on his phone behind the counter. He came to take the order for the coffees and left without clearing and bringing the coffees and making a little space by pushing our plates so he could put the coffee down instead of clearing. Not to mention the covid pass that we were never asked for. Unacceptable

The Covid guidelines are very weird in this tea room! The mask was obligatory to enter for a coffee while the covid certificate check was carried out....you might as well not get vaccinated then!!

Pfff how can I put it!, it's not great there's nothing but absolutely nothing that stands out.

This is a general review for Fleur de Pains: The establishments are always welcoming and the staff is very friendly. The choice and quality of the pastries is impeccable and sophisticated. The choice and creativity for the rest of the assortment, however, seems very limited to me. Very basic recipes are boring, with little taste. It seems that the strategy is to not take any risks... Living in Epalinges we really have no choice in terms of bakeries - and I'm sorry - but the fact that FdP has a monopoly in the region really doesn't push them to make their offer more interesting. So why not make the creations a little more refined...? Me and many other people will be delighted…

The quality drops from year to year; the rolls/croissants are increasingly dry.

The croissants are really not great, we feel like we're eating croissants from the day before. The same goes for the pains aux chocolats, everything is very average overall.

Very warm welcome, friendly place where people from the neighborhood and regulars meet. The merchandise is always fresh and of good quality. Technical improvements could be made to the premises. In summer it is torridly hot, further increased by the operation of the fridges which run at full speed as the temperature that they themselves generate increases. Air conditioning would be very desirable. Likewise, cell phone reception is very poor. There is a Faraday cage effect. This even carries over to the card payment device. You must leave the establishment to answer the phone. Apart from that I always go there with pleasure.

Bland and industrial pastries at completely crazy prices considering their quality. Sad to see that more and more artisanal bakeries are disappearing to the detriment of these “Tricatel” chains which slash the quality of products with the sole aim of improving yield and maximizing profit. Avoid at all costs.

Practical in an emergency but disappointed with the quality. The products are standard... Edit: after reading your response to my opinion, I would like to complete this note. Your answer does not meet my opinion. In no case is the work of "men and women...every morning" called into question, I would not have been able to taste these if the work was not done... You told me to use “local raw materials”, I assure you you are not the only ones! Local or not, different qualities can exist... In my eyes, the products you produce are standard products in terms of quality, and not exceptional products. My disappointment is certainly linked to the fact that I expected to eat products of a quality certainly different from that which you practice. This is only an observation, observation and opinion which does not allow me to give you 5 stars. Perhaps this is your objective of offering to consumers? Sincerely

The bakery is average and quite expensive. The pastries are not bad but a little too expensive for my taste. I was offered an espresso to take away last time which was tiny, lukewarm and not very good anyway for CHF 3.10... Ridiculous. Generally speaking, it helps out well even if it's not top quality and the service is good.

Friendly and welcoming staff when not completely overwhelmed... I don't go there anymore because the quality/price ratio is clearly no longer there. If I want bread or pastry with an industrial taste, I go to the supermarket. It's a shame.

Fleur de pain best bakery in Switzerland

A semi-industrial finished bakery product distributor. Nothing artisanal Laeticia Community Manager may explain to us through her tirades the merits of the products, Fleur de Pain is only a distributor of products manufactured remotely. There is no professional skill at the points of sale, standardized and overrated products. Bar point. For that alone, my rating goes from 3 to 1. We can clearly see the policy of the company which mandated (bad) communicators.

Two miserable slices of tomatoes in a tomato-mozza panini for CHF 5.90. I was told it was normal, last time I came to them.

Open from 6 a.m., very convenient for having lunch.

The quality has clearly declined. The desserts are good but the panini, a little poor. 3 tomato slices and a tiny mozzarella.

No croissant sometimes on Sundays at 9am!! Overpriced prices for industrial I know I delivered for them!! Everything is automated, products from France! Underpaid staff is French labor!!

Very present bakery... Croissant and breads not up to the quality of their price (the real taste of butter is missing)... In short, a bakery which is becoming industrial and which should review its basics (this is only my humble opinion)

The coffee is not great for the price, the pastries ditto. Background music, worse the same c.d. endlessly. Very good Wi-Fi though.
