Florian Caffè & Bar in Bern

I loved walking into and chilling in this cafe. The staff were visibly happy and that just made my whole experience better. I got a latte with oat milk and it was like any other latte but still, I loved the vibes😊

Unmotivated staff and unprofessional

Not exactly the fastest service. In a train station café, coffee should be served more promptly, especially when there are few customers. There's room for improvement, but I'll come back.

Unfortunately, there are often too few staff. Waiting a long time for an order and invoice is particularly difficult if you want to get on the train. Conditions remain very friendly despite the stress.

I have to say that the new bartender, I think his name is Filipe, does a great job! Great coffee and I had a lovely heart made with joy on the coffee! That's what I call a great employee!

Food and service couldn't be better. Very nice. It's a bit noisy outside. But inside it is also very chic.

The burritos at Cafe Florian are great and as tasty as in Mexico 😋 But you can't last long in the evening at Florian - the music is so loud that you can't talk together. The vegan mayo is highly recommended

We were here for dinner and the service I received was pretty rude right from the start. Everything we ordered was spicy and the one with jalapeños was way too spicy. It's very loud and our chairs were uncomfortable and we didn't feel welcome at all. When it came to the bill, we didn't ask whether it was separate or together, it was simply slapped on us.

Very fine food by Burrito Bandito. Charming and nicely served. Ambiance: Makeshift look, but cozy.

Drinking and service was good... Requests to turn down the music several times were skillfully ignored, even though we were the only guests. I could only exchange ideas with my colleagues shouting... What a shame. Otherwise completely OK.

Gelebte Gastronomiekultur Entering with 2 year old urgently needing potty. But you would not let me use your toilet. Strict "only if consuming" policy. Mc clean at HB only accepted cash that day, i only had card. you didn't care. Why should anybody consume here? Plenty of alternatives available.

Stylish café right at Bern train station. The staff is in a good mood and the burritos are absolutely delicious. Be sure to try “Ray’s Way”! On the weekends a DJ plays until 2:00 a.m. I like the clientele and the vibes are always nice!

It has a super cool vibe. They are very open to more unusual customers and welcome everyone.

I just want to point out one thing. If I pay the waitress (female), I pay more. It's cheaper in the box. I'm just wondering why. Your workplace is beautiful. A good cafe to have a coffee while waiting for my kids.

The restaurant is right in the train station. We had something to drink. I found the music way too loud for a Thursday evening (around 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)!

Left-wing cause, sells bllig via too good to go things worth 24 francs, but the actual value is 11 francs. Unfair management.

This cafe is on the corner of the station entrance. I usually order an aromatic chai latte when I go there, for example to bridge the waiting time for a train connection. At the weekend there are even parties with easy DJ music.

I haven't eaten such good burritos since my trip to California... The food is very good quality and their guacamole without avocados is delicious!

I went there for a drink and another time to eat, the staff is very friendly, the food is good and a very good choice of beer. Rare to find a place like this in a train station, I will return there next time I am in Bern!

I've been there a few times, they are really nice and have very good food, good quality. The staff is also very nice, never had any issues, even throughout the corona measures. I'm vegan so I appreciate the vegan options, very tasty, I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality vegan food. :)

Good coffee, for those who likes their coffee strong, go directly for flat whites (double shot) it's Definately not acidic but it gives you the regular aussie style taste.

Nicely decorated café, but the staff would rather stand together in a corner and chat than serve guests. Alternatively, they stand outside the door and smoke. The certificate is not checked properly, the operator simply pressed my cell phone. Loveless.

I ordered a matcha latte and it was just awful. It was way too bitter. They didn't even dissolve the powder good enough so they either used water which was too hot for green tea (so that it scorched it and made is tastes bitter) or they used low quality matcha powder... on a good note: there's really nothing to complain about staff and ambience. I'd would've been a perfect place if the food and drinks were better.

Ambience is pleasant, unfortunately very loud music. Conversations are hardly possible. Prices are too expensive! Professional baristas, friendly service, but a bit chaotic. Coffee was okay, drink was mostly water (ice). I probably won't visit Florian again.

Sweet café right at the train station. The employees are very friendly, the prices are rather high.

Before the Corona pandemic, it was a good meeting place for a coffee break or an after-work beer and waiting for the train. Now you get the impression that personnel costs are being saved. 1 service employee for the entire terrace and inside. Conclusion: waiting room, no longer recommended. Price/performance is no longer right.

Wir haben ein Chai bestellt, welches ziemlich teuer war und sehr lange ging bis dies zubereitet wurde. Dieses Chai war wirklich ekelhaft!!! Wirklich gar nicht lecker, es war einfach so ein ekliger Sirup in Milch!! Echt schlimm!!! Ich werde nie wieder in das Café gehen, da der Service auch echt langsam und verwirrt ist? Und so ein Chai zu servieren ist echt nicht in Ordnung, uns war danach richtig schlecht!!! Ausserdem ganz ehrlich, das Ambiente in diesem Café ist auch echt nicht so schön.... Also wirklich null zufrieden.

The service was unfriendly and anything but attentive. Coffee is expensive at 4.70 Chf. Uncomfortable chairs. The restaurant is not recommended for a leisurely morning coffee. Maybe it's better in the evening for an after-work beer.

Only had a drink, but the service was attentive and the quality was right. Not as quiet there as expected.

On Sunday morning, 30 minutes after the store opens, there are no croissants, no rolls, no sandwiches. And when I ask properly whether I can buy something like this from a store and eat it here for coffee, the answer is no. I can live with that. However, the brash nature is not exactly hospitable. The sweet pastries we order with our coffee are also forgotten.

Sunday afternoon, waited 15 minutes to even order. Finally left without consumption. There were three people in “service” - with room for improvement.

No, unfortunately I cannot recommend this coffee. I'm sitting here writing this review and have been waiting for over 15 minutes for a simple cappuccino. When I asked if I had to order at the bar, I was told no. Nevertheless, no one feels responsible for having to take an order. The coffee is good, it also comes from Adrianos. Hence two stars. It's a shame, with a little more enthusiasm you could really make something good out of this place.

Located rightat the entrance of the train station in Bern, this place offers good coffee in a nicely decorated cafe / bar environment. The coffee is pretty pricy but it's perfect for a tight meeting in the center of Bern.

Top service woman with a warm manner serves Bärndütsch here at Florian. Only the wine choice is too station cafe style... I would be happy to have open wines that give more (generally in all normal restaurants...) but the beer selection and the ambience score points...

It's OK if you're waiting for the train, waiter serves very quickly and friendly, very hectic place and noisy, nothing looking for a cozy, quiet place
