Mega delicious pizza with authentic ingredients. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and the prices are fair.

For us, the pizza is already the best in the city - both types are incredibly delicious with the best and freshest ingredients. And then there was the focaccia: so juicy, so tasty. I had relatives there for Christmas, 11 people. I got 8 frozen focaccias beforehand, then on December 23rd. In the evening, put the frozen focaccias in the oven at 250 degrees for 3.5 minutes, add a salad and that was December 23rd. Christmas Eve with us has the most delicious food. Highest recommendation for at home too, it tastes simply heavenly. By the way, we also often eat locally at the Bridge - we like the cool atmosphere, the service is always top and we have never had better pizza in Italy. Thank you flour&water

Restaurant is within the food court Bridge. It’s not the easiest to find a table at the food court on a busy Wednesday. The pizza was exceptionally good. Softness of dough was just about right to hold the ingredients without being too soggy. Great place for casual but good dinner or a first date!

Best pizza in Zurich, both the small pieces (different dough) and the real Neapolitan pizza are recommended. Fresh ingredients and the owner is super nice. Over and over again with pleasure.

On my visit to Zurich I came to Flower & Water on a friends recommendation and I was not disappointed. The pizza was one of the best I have ever had and up there with pizza from the motherland of Italy. Anyone visiting Zurich would be crazy not to visit.

Pizza was great, either slices from the counter or freshly made full pizza. Very tasty but pretty packed even for a tuesday! Nice atmosphere though. Can definitely recommend.

Even better than the pizzas is the service, especially Anna, who always makes us smile after a hard day's work and puts us in a good mood! Love this authentic italian pizza. Thin crust, quality ingredients, a lot of spices and condiments. The only thing I would do diffeeent is warm it up a little more. But can be difficult for the cotto version.

Super nice team and mega delicious pizzas! I love the Napoletana, which is prepared fresh in the evening, and I like the Tartufella best <3 The individual pizza slices are also great, it's very quick (about 2 minutes) and you can combine different types. <3

Flour & Water did the catering for our summer party with around 150 people. From planning to tidying up, everything went smoothly and easily. The employees on site enthusiastically provided us with the delicious pizza slices, which were very well received by all guests. Thank you dear Flour & Water team!

The pizzas were always very tasty, but the last two times (once at lunchtime, once in the evening) the pizza pieces were cold and soggy when they arrived at the table (they had probably been there for a while and had been reheated). A real shame

Best Pizza by the slice outside of Rome!!

Rarely have I had such a delicious pizza (outside Italy ;-))... the base is airy and crispy and the variety of toppings are super fresh and so good. You can feel the know-how and workmanship of the high-quality products with every bite. My favorite: no plan... I celebrate them all!!!

Everything was just PERFECT! We celebrated an event with 85 people and were treated to your pizza food truck. From the aperitif plate, to the salads, pizza to the dessert... Everything was super fine, professional and beautifully prepared and the two ladies from the truck exuded a lot of charm and a good mood! I can recommend this experience 100%! Thank you very much!!!

MAMMA MIA! incredibile! che pizza! che pizza! the 3 of us tonight had a blast! we are 3 italians and we absolutely loved the pizzas (we had 1 capricciosa and 2 norma, with eggplant and salty ricotta - amazing!!) and the dedication of the two lovely people working at Flour & Water. i would eat another pizza now! do not miss this new spot at the bridge!

We hired Flour & Water's pizza truck for our wedding and the experience was amazing from the first email to the last slice of pizza. Pierluigi who served salad, pizza and dessert, was fun and welcoming to all of our guests. The food exceeded our expectations and they were able to meet all our different dietary needs (Vegan, Vegetarian etc.). We can highly recommend the food truck and we are looking forward to taste the delicious pizza again!

Unfortunately we found the pizza to be pretty bad. It was dripping with fat and had very little flavor. There was almost no tomato sauce on it.

We already know Flour & Water's pizzas from their food truck and we love them! The pizza base is uniquely fluffy and the toppings are also unique and so delicious! We are very happy about the opportunity to eat or get a piece of pizza at Bridge at any time and of course we would like to come back!

Superfine “pizza al taglio”, perfect fluffy, crispy dough with countless different toppings. Cool location and nice staff! Be sure to try different varieties and also the delicious lemon sorbet!
