Delicious food, very good taste There are many menus to choose from and the prices are reasonable. There are both savory and sweet dishes. This place is besides being a restaurant. It is also a place for hiking and exercise. It also produces very good cheese. You can reserve a tour of the cheese production here in advance. I love watching the cheese making process. and the natural preservation of cheese here There are very large farms and pastures for raising dairy cows. The view here can see the lake below and the village as well. Recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful excursion destination with various hiking options 👍🥾. The Alpine cheese dairy and Alpine pub Fluonalp even offer overnight accommodation. The Alpbeizli offers a great menu to take care of yourself, be it with drinks, warm and cold dishes and desserts 👍👍. We felt really comfortable on the huge garden terrace... wonderfully delicious food, were served in a friendly manner and even the boss personally took the time to greet his guests 👍. It is also possible to buy fresh cheese and various Alp products from the counter. We will definitely come back and can only recommend this beautiful destination 👍👍.

I had the best Älplermagronen here. They were so delicious. It is chilling place above town of Giswil, easy to reach over Panorama Street. The way to this place is mostly covered with asphalt, so for motorcycle shoudn't be a problem. The street is really tight for two cars , so i recommend to drive up or down with caution. Here are also sold cheese and local quark products. Also other cheese and meat specialities are served here in the restaurant.

We stopped here after our hike. We had heard about the delicious cheese selection and were not disappointed. A warm waitress sweetened our stay. Homely & simply great! Keep it up.

Wonderful place! Mountains all around, great view of the lake, large areas, fine food in the pub. Very narrow road up (there can be solvable problems with oncoming traffic, you should be able to drive well) but once you get to the top, wow!

Warm, comforting, cheesy. Be sure to sniff cheese here. Alpine music plays pleasantly in the background. Homemade whipped cream is also a hit here.

Unfortunately I can only give it 5 stars. What is offered up here is gastronomy with heart and soul. From the service to the food and drinks, world class!! At prices that many restaurants in the valley could learn a lesson from! Not to mention the cheese selection. The motto of Transporte Schöni fits this wonderful company exactly: Yes we can / Nit lafere, deliver! Bravo, I'll definitely come back. 😂

After a leisurely day of hiking, the three of us spent a relaxing night on the Fluonalp. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is regional and inexpensive. The hut can also be easily reached by car. I can highly recommend a hiking stop or an overnight stay with half board.

A great destination for everyone who likes the mountains. Stunning mountain and lake views! The service was super friendly! Everyone is there via YOU. The food is typically “alpine” and regional and very, very good! Originally served! The mood is totally harmonious. Neat, clean! Families with children are always welcome. Small playground available. First class cheese sales from the region and with very good advice. Hiking trails in almost endless circles! Easily accessible by car for day trippers. The navigation system doesn't always know the access road. But there are signposts! I can only recommend!

Alp located above Lake Sarnen. Wonderful views of the surrounding mountain peaks. In the cheese dairy we were able to make an Alpine cheese. Interesting insights into how cheese and butter are produced on an alp. At the end we were able to enjoy delicious Älplermagronen in the alpine restaurant.

We really only go to Fluonalp because the cheese is incredibly tasty, especially the Wilde Maa Chäs. I always buy my butter from them, put it in the freezer and bake very special Christmas cookies for Christmas.

Very very nice view. There is also a swing for the children. Don't worry about the drive to the Alokäserei, I got there in a lowered vintage car. Driving a little offset is enough 😉

The Fluonalp is absolutely worth a visit. We made cheese ourselves a year ago (with instructions) and it was such a great experience. This year we were able to go pick it up and it is absolutely delicious. The people are all very nice and you just feel comfortable.

A fantastic place. The road that leads up is a real alpine road. You can drive to Fluonalp without paying a fee. That is admirable. Beautiful pastures, alpine flowers and after the hike enjoy a rustic Älplermagrone and a delicious ice cream. Always worth a trip, whether on foot or by car. It's very beautiful up there in the mountains with a panoramic view of Lake Sarnen and far beyond. If you don't mind narrow streets, you have to go up there.

A beautiful place with friendly service. From there you have an impressive view. A detour that was more than worth it for us. We enjoyed the short break on the terrace.

Apart from the bad weather (like everywhere) we had a pleasant, cozy evening. We then slept well in the 10 bed room. Next time I'd like to do it in warmer weather.
