We are pleased that the Forellensee is open again. The food is still sensationally good. If you don't like fish, I can warmly recommend the fine chicken breast with curry sauce.

Wir waren über das Wochenende am Forellensee mit Übernachtung. Sowohl beim Fischen, wie auch beim Essen und der Übernachtung wurden wir vom Personal immer freundlich begleitet. Das Essen hat uns super geschmeckt und die regionalen Produkte waren überall erkennbar. Die Idylle hat eigentlich nur die viel befahrene Thunstrasse etwas getrübt. Diese ist jedoch leider die einzige Zufahrtsstrasse durch das Simmental und dafür kann das Lokal nichts. Wir würden die Location aber trotzdem jedem weiterempfehlen.

Ich war mit einem Freund unterwegs und in letzter Sekunde rechts abgebogen und dann sind wir hier gelandet. Es war schon 20.30 und viele Lokale in der Nähe hatten schon geschlossen. Die Übernachtung in der Mini-Villa war gemütlich dank des Schwedenofens. Für uns ist der Preis von 295.-- pro Nacht zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung. Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher sind vorhanden, aber weder Kaffeekapseln noch Teebeutel, noch Tassen oder Gläser! Für diese Preisklasse würden wir auch Kleinigkeiten wir eine Flasche Wasser, Duschmittel, Kleenex erwarten. Das Bett war gut, die Kissen jedoch sehr hart. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war gut und wurde pünktlich vor die Tür gestellt. Enttäuscht waren wir von der Tischreservierung, die 2 Wochen vorher persönlich gemacht wurde mit der Bitte einen schönen Tisch im Wintergarten zu reservieren, da wir Geburtstag und Hochzeitstag feierten. Hat nicht geklappt! Das Essen war gut. Vom Wein waren wir enttäuscht.

Die Tiere tun mir leid, schlechte Einführung und das trotz Sana Ausweis. Preise für selbst gefangenen Fisch sind astronomisch hoch.

Mein Mann und ich durften am vergangenen Wochenende unsere Herzenshochzeit am Forellensee verbringen. Das kühle und teilweise nasse Wetter war schnell Nebensache. Die charmante Location, der gemütliche und geheizte Wintergarten sowie die Jurte mit dem Feuerring brachten unsere Gäste ins Staunen. Vom Essen wurde geschwärmt - wir durften feine Mahlzeiten (Apèro-Riche, Buffet beim Abendessen, Mitternachtsimbiss & am nächsten Morgen einen leckeren Brunch) genießen. Unsere Gästen schwärmten ebenfalls vom Wein und dem feinen Prosecco. Das gesamte Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - damit niemand frieren mussten, erhielten wir in der Jurte Heizstrahler und auf Wunsch Decken. Die Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten im Pod-Häuschen oder das Hausboot sind romantisch und hübsch eingerichtet. Wir erwischten eine etwas kühlere Herbstnacht, etwas oberhalb von Zweisimmen lag bereits Schnee (wie schön!). Damit in den Pod-Häuschen und im Hausboot nicht gefroren werden muss, gibt's ein Heizöfeli. Am Tag darauf wurde uns pünktlich den Frühstückskorb serviert. Wäre es draußen nicht nass gewesen, könnte man auf der Terrasse vor dem Pod-Häuschen frühstücken. Wir genossen unser zMorgen im Pod-Häuschen. Das gesamte Hochzeitsfest wurde vom Forellensee perfekt geplant und durchgeführt - ich kann die Location von Herzen empfehlen!! Negatives gibt es wirklich rein gar nichts zu erwähnen! Eins ist klar - wir kommen wieder und stoßen auf unseren ersten Hochzeitstag am Forellensee an. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das ganze Team für den unvergesslichen Tag!!

Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt und die ganze Festorganisation hat super geklappt. Eine Hochzeit im Grünen an diesem idyllischen Forellensee können wir allen Naturliebhabern wärmstens empfehlen.
