Only local fish. Excellent dining room, very well kept, extremely clean and courteous service. Very extensive wine list with the presence of super Tuscans such as Sassicaia, Solaia and Tignanello. It was a surprise for us, given that we have always been on the road for 4 years and have never stopped, but from today, we will definitely be regular customers! Extremely Recommended.

As a culinary-savvy guest, I was absolutely impressed by the Fischerstübli in the Schwendi fish farm, lived hospitality with excellent cuisine. The owners understood what good gastronomy means - bravo, bravissimo.

The innkeepers are very accommodating, friendly and respond to the guests' wishes as much as possible. The food is excellent and is served accordingly. Despite the fine cuisine, the prices are affordable for everyone. The smoked trout can not only be eaten in the restaurant, they are also ideal to take away.
