We actually found our way to the Freiburg beer factory rather by chance. We then found out about the manufactory's business concept in advance and were therefore excited. What can I say? Pure enthusiasm! A really great team - from the boss to the waitress, very good and expressive beers are served. We particularly enjoyed “La Vertueuse”. There is also a small but fine menu with delicacies that make staying there a complete pleasure. Unfortunately we have to travel 800 kilometers, otherwise we would definitely be regular guests!
