We ate a Chateaubriand that we ordered in advance. Medium! When the first plate came we called out to the chef that we were not satisfied with the quality of the piece of meat. (No beef fillet). After 40 minutes of waiting, the second plate came. The meat is cooked through! Left everything behind. We had to pay the bill in full. It's a shame that mistakes can happen, but you don't send food like that to the guest. And it won't be charged in full!!!
