Sorry but that wasn't from heaven, but to hell!!! Reservation for 11 a.m., 11:20 a.m. then a latte macchiato, 11:50 a.m. still no breakfast, service totally overwhelmed, for me an address to avoid in the future. We paid and left without the brunch we had hoped for. Never ever from Heaven!!!

I was there for brunch for the second time today. I give everyone a second chance but today was the last time that I/we had brunch there because again it was “chaotic” and we weren’t at peace. Sure, it was busy and “busy” both times. BUT: after waiting 45 minutes for our ordered food, we asked. Uhhhh, they didn't know about our order. Not even the lady who took her in. The staff was totally uncoordinated. 2 didn't understand German but only 2/3 words of English. We didn't get any plates, until the cutlery came to the fried egg it was cold and there was no butter even after we asked. Been out. It's a shame, the selection and products are really great. We're really sorry, but only a few stars from us. Very unfortunate

Kapuns were not fresh, still slightly frozen in the middle, tagliatelle with garlic could be better, steak and chicken were very good,

After the opening, I went to From Heaven once for breakfast and once for lunch. I thought it was very good and so went back for breakfast. If you are alone, the card is not ideal. There used to be breakfast offerings that combined coffee, drinks, cheese and vegetable sticks, for example. Now you can only order large portions. Scrambled eggs (6.-), Bircher muesli (10.-), (cheese 13.-). So if I want a little bit of everything, the price will be rather expensive and you probably won't want to eat everything. I missed the breakfast combos and decided on avocado toast. This was very fine. The pancakes didn't entirely convince me. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and classy, ​​you feel comfortable. However, at some point it gets very loud and in the front area it becomes uncomfortable for a long time. We were lucky and got a table at the back. I think the ambience in the garden area is perfect. On this day the service was good and above all very nice and helpful.

We happened to end up at from heaven for an early dinner and were thrilled by the many delicious tapas! The large selection of different dishes offered something for every taste - and everything was uniquely prepared and a real pleasure. The warm service and the beautiful location were the icing on the cake :-)!

Great friendly service, the lady was awesome both during the reservation process and when she served us. The food was great, gluten free options available for my wife! And to top it all off, it was one of very few late (after 8pm apparently in bad ragaz) dining options here. Highly recommended and will come back next time I’m in Bad Ragaz. Thank you!!

But I wouldn't go there a second time. -Service: 5/10; They put everything on the table, you then have to pour yourself, etc. The lady was friendly :) -Food: 4-5/10; It was good but too expensive. 5 shrimps in a mini bowl 25.- (without side dish) Zurich is cheaper? Food was okay otherwise

Spontaneously more Nirvana than “from heaven”. Everything runs very smoothly, very pleasant staff, great selection of everything there is to enjoy in life. Gladly again at any time. P.S. Like any beautiful and free place, this one always attracts somewhat troublesome and blocked characters, but as a company you can't really do anything about it.

In January the Christmas decorations are still up, OK it's a matter of taste. Saturday evening at 7 p.m. we order 4 dishes, 2 of which are no longer available, good organization. The dishes themselves are very reminiscent of frozen products and not freshly prepared, it didn't look like there was a real kitchen (that's just my feeling). When we billed, they wanted to charge us for some of the food that wasn't available - if we hadn't paid attention. Overall, unfortunately a disappointment, one of the beers was not available at the neighboring table when we ordered, sorry Saturday evening and something like that shouldn't happen.

Modern restaurant concept for all needs. Seasonally very beautifully and lavishly decorated (Santa Heaven) Bravo. The service was overwhelmed, we had to wait a long time until we were served our glass of wine. The tapas are ok, as a tip for the chef: to serve the warm dishes hotter. We will visit Heaven again.

Brilliant food (tapas) and a very large selection of different wines from the region and across the border. The service was very courteous and nice. On October 5th we also enjoyed the Special Monday......the fillet was very tasty and "to the point".

Great food, super fine, would love to come back. The only drawback is that the tables are too small and are not an advantage for eating tapas. Luckily we got another place when we asked.

We got the capuns, the chorizo, the cordon bleu and the chili fries. The Capuns was delicious, so was the chorizo, those two i would definitely recommend. The atmosphere was very relaxed, its a loud place, there was live music that was a bit too loud for my taste, but overall really fun and cozy.

Certain dishes are not as I know them, for people who don't know them they would like to have them. Good and friendly service.

We come from Volketswil ZH and have been there for the third time now. We always feel good and enjoy the delicacies! The employees are all very friendly! Brunch overall too expensive. Map or order is confusing and unclear. In particular, unfortunately very poor quality of rolls and croissants (defrosted goods).

We were there on a Sunday. The atmosphere is quite nice, but the service was semi-friendly, which is a shame. The food was also so-so. The patatas bravas are completely bland, just like the red sauce that comes with it, which should actually be spicy. The hollandaise sauce tasted like mustard. The latte macchiato was okay, but the orange juice came from a bottle, which I would have liked fresh given such a large brunch menu.

Very cool location to hang out on the weekend or for a quick snack. Definitely recommended. Occasionally live music or other events.

Neither coffee nor mixed drinks can be ordered more than 30 minutes before the restaurant closes. In addition, the staff is very inflexible and rude.

The food was really very good! But that was it... Portions are way overpriced for the price, drink orders are often forgotten. The waiting time can be calculated as approx. 40 minutes. All in all, the price-performance ratio is not right at all. Certain long drinks and coffee could no longer be ordered 30 minutes before closing time.

We were able to enjoy super fine tapas with a larger group. Everything was served “just in time”. We would love to come back 🙌🏾

We ate at “from Heaven” with 12 people. From the aperitif to the dessert, it was a wonderful evening, with perfect food, very friendly service and all in a wonderful ambience! We can highly recommend it - really TOP!

In spring the rating would have been completely different... we have already enjoyed great brunches at From Heaven three times, but unfortunately this time we waited twice for 45 minutes for orders and the vegan pancakes were inedible. The staff did their best, but did not always respond courteously (information about delays, apologies, ...). The music was also a bit on the loud limit. Hope it changes again soon.

We made reservations for an afternoon birthday via the website and received confirmation shortly afterwards. It should be noted that the website stated that reservations must be manually confirmed before they are valid, so this must have been the case. Late that same evening, so late that we hadn't noticed it, there was a sudden cancellation. So we had to change our plans at short notice on Sunday morning. Unfortunately, we had already had negative experiences on our previous visits. The phone is never answered when you call. Tables are overbooked, meaning you have to wait over 40 minutes for drinks and even over 60 minutes for food. The service is unfriendly or doesn't understand what you want (neither in German nor in English), and you are surrounded by other guests who also complain loudly about the conditions. On our last visit, our reserved table was already occupied by guests who initially said they just wanted a drink, but then continued to sit there while we showed up on time for our reservation. When they then left the table, they left their half-full drinks and food behind, and the table was neither cleared nor cleaned. Unfortunately, I could go on and on about how negative our recent experiences with you were. However, it seems that you can rely on your regular customers. However, we decided not to come anymore.

You feel like you're in a retirement home, you have to order 5 times and wait 5 years until you're served and there's nothing going on! Otherwise it would be good.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food. Were there today at 4:30 p.m. and, in plain English, were thrown out of the restaurant. They said they didn't have time for new guests at the moment. (the restaurant was half empty). Absolutely disgusting if you say something like that to a guest.

Very cozy and casual tapas bar where large or small groups of people can gather for drinks/tea/coffee alongside breakfast (yogurt, bread, charcuterie, müsli) or savory tapas. Both the outdoors seatings and the indoors dining hall had great atmosphere. The gambas and chicken bites are delicious!

Everything was just right here. From the super friendly and attentive service, the great location to the excellent food. You can sit comfortably here, both outside and inside. The furnishings are very special and really look good. The three of us had around 9 tapas dishes and therefore a very large and good selection. Vegetable croquettes were a hit, but so were the dumplings and the cordon bleu roll. Everything was super tasty. You leave here completely satisfied. By the way, great wine list, which also offers a choice of many regional wines. We then had a green drink, Pisco Sour. Delicious. I would recommend booking on the weekend!

After the brunch at "From Heaven" was recommended to us several times by friends, we took a trip to Bad Ragaz last Sunday. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The service staff was friendly but very disorganized. Several times it stood somewhat helplessly on the garden terrace with full plates and didn't know what to do with it. Four times they tried to serve us something that we hadn't even ordered. We had to wait over an hour for our actual order. A friend happened to be there too - and she also had to wait an hour. So it didn't just affect us. When we paid we expected to be offered a coffee or two as an apology. But the waiter didn't mention anything. We then asked for the receipt and only then saw that we had actually not been charged for two coffees. I don't understand why this isn't mentioned... The food was good (we had avocado toast, eggs benedict, next level breakfast) but for the price it didn't quite convince us. We won't be coming to brunch again. Maybe we'll give the tapas another chance in the evening. Our tip: write numbers on tables. Then everyone on staff knows where the order goes.

A great tapas restaurant right at Bad Ragaz train station. Kasthuri and her Ukrainian colleague provided great service: always a smile on their faces, no extra request was too much and, even though the restaurant was packed, we didn't have to wait long for anything. Even the extremely strong wind wasn't a problem for the women, they handled everything with great confidence Thank you for the great evening!

The food was overpriced. 16 francs for "Currywurst" (Bratwurst with tomato sauce) Sauce was not greased and had about 5 tablespoons of fat on top. The menu is dirty and unfortunately doesn't make a good impression.

Totally overrated.. Avocado toast was inedible, I almost vomited just from the smell. I was able to eat a small piece and it almost came up. It is also overpriced.

Overall, nice setting and cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the avocado on my avocado toast wasn't even remotely ripe and was still rock hard. The latte macchiato was rather cold and the rhubarb spritzer was more of a lemon spritzer because, according to the waitress, the syrup had run out. And all of this at quite high prices.... Nice to have seen it, but I wouldn't need it again.

I went there as I love Tapas and hoped to eat some good Tapas. One look at the menu showed me that it only had like 2 Tapas like items. Quite a disappointment. I choose them. Big mistake. The papas bravas were bad and had no resemblance at all with real papas bravas. Not spicy at all, almost burned but real papas bravas are not grilled at all. Chorizos en Vino Tinto were edible but again not resembling any Spanish tapa. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed with pallet sofas. The attention was very good and friendly.

Very nice location in Bad Ragaz. Great menu with breakfast and tapas, as well as many drinks to choose from. Unfortunately, the service is not designed for these diverse variations and the prices are in the higher region.

We made reservations early for Mother's Day brunch. There were five of us. It was totally overcrowded. We were assigned a table in the middle of the room... tiny tables with bar stools. Really uncomfortable because you couldn't store your handbag (handbag on the floor isn't possible) or lean on it. After tables became available, we asked if we could move. This wish was refused, a shame :-( We waited 40 minutes for our drink (whether cold or warm), the service was poor and inattentive. After an hour part of the breakfast came - for 3 of us, the other two had to wait until we were almost finished. We had already finished drinking. The employee said we should make room, a lot would come now. We said she should clear away the empty cups so there would be room. Since everything took so long, we didn't dare order drinks or anything else again. In the end we paid 155 CHF for food that was carelessly prepared and certainly not plentiful. The toilets were also broken or dirty or there was no toilet paper :-( After this experience NEVER AGAIN...

We made reservations in advance for Mother's Day brunch. The restaurant was completely overcrowded and we were given a lounge table in the smoking area. Surprisingly, this was not suitable for eating. The service staff is not trained and showed no regard for hygiene. The waiting times for drinks or food to arrive were at least 30 minutes each time. Final conclusion: Once and NEVER again...

We waited 40 minutes for our drink after several attempts to order. There was no need to provide for the guests due to the conditions. Unpleasant experiences.

The food is good, but the service was only one good, the others didn't work at all. I had to say everything several times and I also ordered a cocktail, it was already on the tray at the bar, ready to drink it. The waitress was asked where he was, she clarified and said it was put at the wrong table, but I saw exactly what it was like . It was way too expensive for 2 people 200 fr. And the fact that you still have to pay 5 fr for bread and sauce, and the bowls weren't even half full, doesn't work. Wouldn't come a second time.

We've been to from heaven for tapas several times - they're really good, especially with the tapas they offer something that isn't really available in the area, which is why I'm happy to pay a little more. Now we finally wanted to stop by for brunch, which we definitely won't do again in the future. We ordered 2 cappuccinos, 1 jug of water (without sparkling water), 1 acai bowl and spinach bowl and 1 avocado roll with a poached egg. The acai bowl was okay, but I couldn't understand the price of 18 euros at all. You got a berry puree with a little garnish - in my opinion you would expect a fair amount of garnish at this price. Exactly the same thing with the spinach bowl, and the taste was simply boring... The avocado bread was not seasoned at all and therefore very bland. In the end, we weren't full and paid a whopping 60 CHF for two people. Even the water was charged...

The restaurant is very attractive. The atmosphere is harmonious. The wine was from the half-open bottle and so 'oh well' plus a bit too warm. Service was attentive despite the full house. There is still room for improvement when it comes to eating.
