The Fuji is a great Japanese Restaurant in Zermatt. The food is excellent, of high quality and the the dinner was a great and entertaining experience. However it was not cheap but quality has it’s price. We will go back there asap.

We had a good evening. The Italian waiter was super nice! We arrived late and the cook served us the starter and main course at the same time. A bit of a shame. But the show and the meal were good. The piece of salmon was really small while the meat on the second menu was fine. Since we were late, the cook didn't want to make us the flambé dessert but the mocchi were good. The service couldn't speak a word of German and only spoke English and French, even though I was on holiday in Zermatt, in the German-speaking Valais.
