We booked with the PG for two people for lunch. Everything was very good. Impeccable and fast service. The dishes were very good 👌🏻to try with your eyes closed if you pass by here!

100th comment. We did many Sushis places in the world and this one was pretty special. We definitely recommend it, you need to try it.it is a little family that runs things and the waitress was friendly. About food, the sushis are prepared by a Japanese Master that follows all rules of this art. The sushis were excellent. We will for sure come back to try more sushis. Thank you !

I have come to this address now 4 times. I therefore comment and put an opinion on my 4 passages. By far the best sushi restaurant in Neuch and its surroundings. Top quality and freshness. The bosses are charming and extremely kind. This place was voted discovery of the year 2023 and I confirm that again at the start of 2024. It's all in the detail too. The crockery, chopsticks, dishes and accessories are all original. I highly recommend Fuji SushiBar. Well done and above all thank you.

Fresh products, worked with mastery and passion! A sushi rice worthy of the name, unlike most restaurants offering sushi in Neuchâtel. Incomparable know-how in the region. An unfailing welcome and availability, impeccable and indisputable hygiene (my wife is currently breastfeeding and all recommended precautions are respected and above all known and mastered by the sushi master). I highly recommend this place, even if, like us, it's outside your delivery area, go get them to go, it's definitely worth it! Thank you Huang & Family

The best sushi place in neuchatel and it's not close. The service was fantastic, a lovely family owned restaurant with nonetheless incredible food and relatively affordable prices (for sushi). Would recommend to anyone.

You can't say anything against the food. It's just delicious! The sushi is fresh and I definitely recommend the spicy tuna. They are also very friendly and generous. The building isn't the newest, so the atmosphere is a bit off. But seriously if you don't want to sit there and enjoy some good asian music, you can always take it out.

This place was a great dining / resting experience after we did a Chaumont funicular trip and stopped there on the way back for dinner. We had a tasty Miso soup, a generous portion of Specials (sushi / sashimi / nigiri) and refreshing sake. The family operating this restaurant is super friendly, so we enjoyed a small talk conversation. Overall clean, nicely decorated, positive vibe. Highly recommend, especially for funicular riders, as it's right there by the starting point.

Discovered with the gourmet passport. Very friendly welcome. The waitress is smiling. We had sushi platters which were very good and prepared fresh. Choice of Japanese beers, sake and plum wines. The prices are reasonable and the quality is there. They even offered us coffees. The only negative point concerns the setting which is cold with minimalist and bland decor. And it would be easy to improve this point. I recommend.

Great discovery for a meal with friends on a Thursday evening. The sushi is very good, we fell in love with the “salmon with pine nut sauce”. The owner is lovely and took the time to chat with us at the end of our meal. I recommend this family restaurant!

Quite simply the best Japanese in Neuchâtel!

The sushi is good. On the other hand, the desserts are really not that great. Unfortunately the mocchi and dorayaki are not homemade. It's sad, but even in supermarkets it is possible to find better. The atmosphere of the restaurant is a little cold. I think it is really possible to improve a few points and it would be a very good restaurant.
