Really nice but both parents have to pay plus the children, it's a bit hard. But overall it was a successful afternoon. 👍🏻

Awesome place, sad the carting is not there anymore, it is more a bowling place now rather than a multi activity place as all bowling have darts, arcade games and pool tables... But the place is really nice and I recommend it with family or between friends.

We celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday and went bowling in the afternoon with a snack, it was very nice! Attentive and professional staff. Delicious cake and turnkey formula, very good value for money in a pleasant atmosphere.

A nice place for an afternoon with children. Lots of games, very large and parents can let the children have fun freely without having to be constantly behind. On the other hand... Lots of broken electronic devices!! The crane really doesn't work well, the fire truck only works half way, in the electronic area there really isn't much that works (bikes broken down, 1 gun out of 3 works, I opened a finger against a wall where you have to press buttons, ...). For the price of entry, they could really work on maintaining the equipment! The climbing area (pay extra...) is quite nice, for both young and old. But here too, tightening the socket fixing screws from time to time would be a good idea, above 3-4 meters there are several which move quite a bit... If we fall we are insured, but if the socket falls, someone must not go under it! So to summarize, a good leisure park but with a serious lack of maintenance and prices that are far too high given the number of malfunctions.

The welcome was really excellent... throughout the service the staff took great care. The only downside was the seafood pizza served with the "head" of the prawns. Very unfortunate indeed. I have never seen this in any restaurant. However, I am a chef who certifies that the demand comes from customers. “This proves that this sound is like real prawns.” I thank the two servers Alex and William for taking the time to listen to us and for their sympathy. New concept as innovative as it is original. A large central bar embellishes the space and immerses you in a magical atmosphere. There is a restaurant which offers burgers and pizzas but also a restaurant with the concept - Teppanyaki - where you prepare your meats and skewers directly in the grill placed in the center of the table. You will also find a Virtual Reality room and Karaoke lounges. New machines and new activities are also to be discovered. Have fun !

Nice place, the children have a great time. Friendly and young staff. Negative point: a lack of experience and a little lost for certain employees. As for the restaurant, it is great with good service. I recommend and I will return there with my family.

A real shipwreck! The portions are the equivalent of a wartime survival ration. The prices are exorbitant. Four interactions with the servers to obtain a carafe of water. Friendly service but completely overwhelmed because it is understaffed... My burger had no salad/no cheese contrary to what was indicated on the menu. We were a group of 12 people (young and not complicated to please) The tartare costs 23.- for 80g A JOKE Never again, to flee!!! PS: I didn't know it was possible to catch the tourist in your own country...

Good morning, I will give a brief summary of my time at the Funplanet restaurant. 1. We have 4 skewers (made up of 4 pieces of beef per skewer) and burnt potatoes for the modest sum of 33.- 2. A burger made of bread and a piece of meat worthy of a film about the rations given during the Second World War, without forgetting the dryness I felt while eating it (comparable to a mouthful of Sahara sand ) 3. An overwhelmed service which managed to tell me, I put everything on the same plate because it's boring to separate everything for 3 people, I'm not even talking about drink orders, a carafe requested 5 times, I I've already seen myself go to the toilet to get my water. 4. I still wanted to seek comfort at neighboring tables, I saw faces similar to mine, which reassured my opinion… In conclusion, if you can avoid this restaurant, it is strongly recommended. But if you like to be in pain, I advise you to consume as much as possible, but be careful to have the same bank account as Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos. Points to work on: restaurants. Otherwise the very friendly servers (to be kept). Highlights: activities (bowling, arcade and rodeo).

Staff almost aggressive when they saw me arriving with my dog. Nowhere does it say no dogs allowed! I think the minimum is to put a sign at the entrance!

Great concept but too expensive for the quantity received!! The Burgers received for the children were drier than the sand dunes of the Sahara. The skewers were tiny and the portions were really lousy. Moreover, they are not lying when they say "mini-Burger" as small as there is not enough to satisfy a Minimoys. Place created for young children with obligation of accompaniment which is not a problem in itself but paying parents who are obliged to accompany their children is lamentable and it is not cheap given you have to count between 100-150.- for 2 children and 2 adults

Completely renovated, an absolutely incredible play space. Everything you need to have a moment of laughter and games. We ate there, it was absolutely delicious. The staff are generally adorable and very professional. I highly recommend.

If you're looking to have fun with friends or family, celebrate a birthday and eat at the same time, this place is perfect for that, with a fun atmosphere, music and a live DJ on the weekends. A place to escape from routine and have fun, at normal prices. Very good service at the table and at the counter, dynamic and smiling employees.

Good place but I don't understand why parents who accompany children have to pay an entrance fee to wait at a table already that they are not going to consume as there were activities to do with them for example in Martigny at the kid fun Park only the children pay which seems logical to me

Small downside, too long for the games and no change at the cash register to play the arcades...

An extraordinary place, we had an unforgettable time between the entertainment games and the restaurant which remains one of the best in the region.

My recent visit to FunPlanet in Rennaz was unfortunately marred by a disappointing experience. The service left something to be desired, with a rude waiter who did not contribute positively to our experience. Surprisingly, when it came to paying the bill, we were offered to participate in a game of chance to make the payment. This approach created a feeling of discomfort and inadequacy. In addition, the ordering process was particularly laborious, requiring the intervention of three successive servers. This inefficiency is unacceptable and has negatively impacted our overall assessment of the establishment. By sharing these observations, I hope that it will contribute to constructive awareness and necessary improvements in the customer service of FunPlanet Rennaz. A more positive experience for customers would certainly benefit the image and reputation of the place.

The nachos were burnt, and the cheese was not melted and dry for 14.- it's a shame. In addition, the sauce was too sweet, it was inedible!!! We are sick of it.

Back in 2024 at Fun Planet with the family. As usual, a few arcade games while waiting before our bowling game. What impresses me is that at the bar or at reception, the Fun Planet employees are smiling, pleasant and helpful; and this despite the world! Honestly, well done to them! Since we feel good we end up eating a delicious pizza and children's menus at the restaurant. Very correct. We were quickly served and I must say that we have been going to a lot of restaurants as a family for years, but in Villeneuve the service was great, from start to finish. Real professional servers, smiling and friendly, always available and there were also a lot of people during these holidays. Thanks to Vincent the waiter who gave us a pleasant time. Note that the prices are correct and with the different menu choices for children you get away with a very reasonable bill. I'm not a big fan of these places but I highly recommend it for an outing with family or colleagues.

Unpleasant, rude, dishonest waitress. Brought the wrong drink order, and yelled at us again when we said the drinks were wrong. To calm things down we kept the drinks and paid, even though it was not what we had ordered, but the manager came to yell at us again and claim that we had attacked the waitress! Didn't want to watch the surveillance cameras when we suggested it, in order to see the absolutely unacceptable behavior of his colleague towards us. A shame.

Lots of people for a Sunday afternoon and full parking lot should have people guiding.

The Teppanyaki bar is worth the detour, quality service and meals! Lots of arcade games and little wait for bowling. Price a little expensive for certain activities like RVing. We really need more convenient access by public transport that said.

At the Gourmet restaurant, we were very well received: warm, competent staff, delicious meals. At FunPlanet kids, the staff was very kind, smiling, the place was clean and very nice for the children! I will go back there!

Quite deplorable service at the restaurant, everyone takes care of everything which gives a relatively high wait. The prices are too expensive to say that it is a family leisure center.

The kids park is truly a magical place to do with the family. The entire team is attentive, kind and very helpful. Children are kings indeed.
