The staff is extremely courteous and always friendly. The café is a cozy place. Particularly worth mentioning are the fantastic, homemade waffles and the very fine ice cream.

The cafe is very cozy and colorfully decorated. The coffee and the crumb cake tasted excellent. The waffle was fresh, but a little dry, but still very tasty. We just browsed in the store, the range was overloaded for my taste.

Very courteous service both in the gift shop and in the cafe. Atmospheric homely. When well occupied, the conversation with the other person is often somewhat limited. Still highly recommended

A wonderfully cozy café with lots of charm and an open atmosphere in a small space. The drinks and food are lovingly prepared. The shop is a feast for the eyes for gifts of all kinds. The display is lavishly full and yet appealing, inviting you to grab it and make yourself and others happy. I'll be back! Thanks.

Yesterday first visit after the change of location. Very nice rooms! Catastrophic acoustics! I'll be happy to come back when I can have a conversation at a normal volume I will be happy to enjoy the improved room acoustics (see addendum from July 27, 2023) soon. Many thanks!

great atmospheric coffee house with individual ideas, gladly again

Since the move, the coffee has gained in charm. The prices in the gift shop are pretty steep.

In addition to the fact that the service, the offerings and the furnishings are, as usual, really great, and the mood among the guests is also very good, I have to note one negative point. The noise level in the café last Saturday was constant, for over 2 hours, over 85 dzb! This is almost harmful to your health, but at least unpleasant. Maybe something can be changed structurally? It would be a shame to lose guests who don't like having to yell at each other when they just want to have a conversation, right? Otherwise great! Thanks!

It's a shame you're not open on Sunday. In general, longer opening hours would be great. But I can imagine that it's not that easy.

My mother was rudely scolded for not paying for everything together because while we were eating the gelato that was sold in the store, we were sitting on the bench outside and discovered a birthday card on the stand. At first I thought it was cool that girls the same age, probably even younger than me, seemed to be running a store. But you can't do that.

Lädeli would be harsh, but the service would be arrogant, unfriendly and therefore not really recommended. A pity.

It's wonderful that in addition to good espresso there is also freshly squeezed orange juice, great! And of course you just have to buy something from Lotte's shop and do something good for yourself - and the colorful furnishings amaze me every time. You're doing great!!!

In the Shop: Surprised to always find something you hadn’t thought you needed. A bit like IKEA 😂 Café: love that they have Spaghetti ice cream.. and the friendly atmosphere

The combination of the cozy 'Fynns Café' with a delicious breakfast or cake or delicious ice cream from the stylish ice cream cart together with 'Lotte's Shop', which has lots of beautiful decorative items, jewelry, crockery, etc., is an experience!

Delicious coffee, nice little breakfast, friendly service. Store with a range where there is something for everyone.

Tried to get a coffee at 8 am - closed. At 1 pm - closed. Not sure what's the point of a coffee place that us closed during the time one would have a coffee.
