Warm and welcoming atmosphere. We stopped in for a quick break from a bit of shopping in town for soft drinks and was glad we did so. Nicole, our server, was kind and hospitable. We had a pleasant experience here and will surely remember to revisit in the future for their baked goods. Service to me trumps all and they indeed nailed it. All high marks on this front. 🌟👌

Great little cafe and restaurant. Lovely Swiss atmosphere with an amazing selection of cakes and desserts. They also offer cooked meals. There is indoor and outdoor seating with stunning views from the terrace. Prices are competitive especially considering this is a beautiful ski resort. Friendly staff. Good service. Will be back. Can highly recommend their cappuccino mousse and Cremeschnitten.

The best crema I've drunk! Also the cake, especially the nut corner and the Roman apple 🍎, great! The prices are very cheap by Swiss standards. The service is very nice and friendly. The view on the terrace is worth it anyway, a wonderful Alpine panorama especially when the weather is so nice.🇨🇭🙂☕🍰

I ordered an autumn plate with red cabbage, chestnuts, spaetzli and a game cream sauce with porcini mushrooms. It was good, only the porcini mushrooms were almost cold. A pity.

A very nice bakery and pastry shop that also serves lunch and nice coffees and teas. The staff is extremely friendly, the food tasty and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. We have been going there for years and were never disappointed.

I had the pleasure of trying Gadient's gnuss Puur! to visit and was enchanted from the start by the warm atmosphere and the delicious smell of freshly baked bread and pastries. The restaurant's ambience is charming and cozy, with lovingly designed details that create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive and I immediately felt welcome. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, all made with fresh, high quality ingredients. I was particularly impressed by the variety of homemade baked goods that come fresh every day from the in-house bakery. From crispy rolls to juicy cakes and tempting tarts - everyone will find something to their taste here. I chose the daily special, which consisted of a delicious soup and a hearty main course. Both dishes were perfectly prepared and presented with great attention to detail. The flavors were harmonious and the portions were generous. In addition to the excellent food, I would also like to highlight the excellent selection of drinks. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list as well as a variety of refreshing cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. I'd love to come back again and again.

The building looks a bit old from the outside and could use some renovation. But when you go in, you get very good cakes.

Really nice café in the middle of Arosa with a great terrace. We have never had any problems with rude service, they also look for space on the terrace if possible and they are also very well behaved towards families with lively children. However, due to the mostly full tables and the corresponding work for the service, cake is right there (we serve it directly from the counter selection) and ice cream sundaes, for example, are only served long afterwards. Everyone who has the cake (which is excellent) is already ready or is just waiting for the ice cream. Prices are quite high but more than reasonable for the cakes and pastries (5 CHF/piece). There are outliers (CHF 7.20) such as a simple affagato, which here is nothing more than a Café Creme with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. But no one has to order. What really doesn't fit the times is the rather thrown together atmosphere and the terrace in need of renovation. Our children always want to go to Café Kaiser because it clearly announces its former name on the cladding on the terrace. The cladding has been broken for ages and all in all it is no longer rustic and retro but is starting to look shabby and dilapidated. We still like coming to Café Kaiser 😉 because the quality of the dishes is right. A renovation of the terrace would still be urgently needed.

The staff and hostess were very friendly and accommodating, everything was good, the outside area is getting old, I give it 4 stars.

We had breakfast and lunch here over a couple of days,fantastic food and service to match. The breakfast is plentiful with enough food for two people to share if you choose the large option. Wish we could visit more.

Nice staff in general and have had good experiences up until today. However, this morning an older gentleman served us and clearly overcharged us. When he was asked about it, he seemed quite snippy, tried to explain it and then said “do you understand it now!” quite rudely. Even to order, I waited 15 minutes and when he came to the table he said he would serve others first. When we wanted to cancel our reservation for the next two days, we were only told that it was our decision. Our problem was not addressed at all and no one apologized.

Were served by a very unfriendly gentleman. Very emotional and snappy. It's a shame, a reason not to come anymore. Otherwise the products would be fine.

Stay: December 2022 (lunch) Staff 3/5: Unfortunately the staff is not really friendly. I understand that there's a lot going on around lunchtime, but you still have to keep your nerve and remain friendly - and I speak from experience. There were no friendly smiles here and the staff can hardly look you in the eye. Food 5/5: However, the lunch menu was excellent and was delivered very quickly. In this regard, it was a top service. Space 5/5: A pretty little restaurant with a spacious sun terrace - certainly very nice when it's warmer.

Rather small (which is why it's usually full), friendly service, a large selection of desserts - and a great view from the terrace.

Food was ok, service was very friendly. Another employee or even the owner was very rude. We had reserved and were there on time. After we arrived, the restaurant started to fill up. But we were able to order as soon as we arrived. When the other guests who came after us were served first, we asked briefly whether we would be served next. Apart from a snippy answer about patience and they had a lot of guests, no precise information was given. We then heard the lady from the kitchen from that direction saying “they can just pay and leave”. The snarky lady apologized afterwards, just formally, and you could tell that she didn't really care.

Cozy place, amazing cakes, welcoming staff. Had a nice time there while visiting Arosa.

Yummy!! Coffee and homemade cakes, especially the cream slices, are highly recommended. The service was friendly and had everything firmly under control. The only con: The interior of the café is still very old-fashioned. The balcony and the associated view, as well as the patisserie, make up for this. Happy to come back! :-)
