JDC fermentation workshop: a total success! Content of the workshop very enriching, great location and equipment and the meal at the end of the exercise was delicious. A great experience that continues in my kitchen right now. Thank you very much to Charlotte and Raph for their kindness and their sense of sharing <3

I took a lacto fermentation course yesterday. I recommend it to anyone who wants to discover a new culinary world, open their taste buds to new tastes and benefit from the unique experience of chef Raphaël :) thank you for offering us such quality products and services in the region!

Very nice concept but there should be dairy milk for the coffe(otherwise it should be advertised as vegan). There were many flies all over the exposed food.

The location is exceptional, the gardens overlook the banks of the Riviera and offer a 360-degree view of the lake and the Alps. A peaceful and invigorating atmosphere emanates from the place, like a radiant and sincere smile. The culinary knowledge of the passionate team is intended to surprise, savor and succumb. All in finesse, the whole creates a miraculous alchemy that invites you to come back. The dream and the imagination are present for a taste and visual journey. Thank you for these masterpieces 🙏🏼

What a beautiful experience! The setting on top of the vineyards is stunning, as you come in you have a spectacular view on the lake and the tables are situated in a secluded green, romantic terrace. The food was delicious, not overcomplicated, but still introducing new flavours, techniques for example the scrambled eggs are a lovely surprise and the fermented beetroot dip! Raphael is a most welcoming host and took his time to kindly explain the concept and ingredients to everybody. This brunch experience was accompanied by a duo playing the violin which was lovely as well. All in all a great experience and a special way to spend a sunday! Will definitely visit again. keep up the good work team!!

Magnificent view, very pleasant green setting, good products but far too little choice at the buffet. It would have been nice to be able to count on a choice of cheeses, eggs in different forms and sweet dishes as well.

I had the chance to participate in garden workshop 1. This day was fantastic and I can only recommend it to people interested in their garden or balcony. Raphaël has enormous skills and allows you to immerse yourself in the world of the earth (with the worms or the stars) with lots of surprises and very interesting and useful information. The meal served at midday was very pleasant and interesting in taste (everything came from the estate and we had lots of delicious fermented surprises). I didn't miss a beat and my notebook filled up throughout the day. What I appreciated was also its ability to adapt to everyone's interests and desires... from a raised vegetable garden on a north-facing balcony to 3000m2 land! Only happiness and for everyone! Beautiful interactions in a magnificent setting! Thank you again, I will come back with pleasure! Go there with your eyes closed, it’s a passion that is worth the detour 100 times over!

Warm welcome in a restful and relaxing setting

We tested the Friday evening table d'hôtes with friends (6 people), and we must admit that even the most skeptical regarding the 100% plant-based menu were seduced by both the quality of the products and their flavors despite the season (mid winter), only by the extremely communicative enthusiasm of the chef. A wonderful discovery in short, to be made again in summer to enjoy the setting in daylight.

An incredible cooking class... Out of the ordinary... full of delicious, simple ideas that preserve the true taste of food. A new vision of cooking. To do and redo !!!

We had a wonderful evening visiting the gardens followed by a meal. The dishes were of exceptional quality and very inventive.

I came for brunch, it was a magnificent discovery, the setting is natural and refined just like the cooking of Raphael, who generously spoke about the garden and the crops during the visit to the vegetable garden. Les Jardins de Chivrageon is a project that I discovered thanks to the wemakeit platform, an organic micro-farm that transforms its own products! I love their 100% Swiss miso and kimchi. I also tried the plant-based catering service for a birthday - magnificent colors, fresh products, unique flavors, and all 100% organic and regional. Well done to the team! I look forward to participating in a fermentation cooking class or enjoying brunch at the farm on Sundays.

With our Sanasports “health sports” organization we had the pleasure of visiting the magnificent gardens and benefiting from in-depth explanations on organic cultivation and the Demeter Label by Raphaël and his team. Then we moved on to tasting a meal of these local, organic products cooked with finesse by chef Raphaël. A succulent discovery for the eyes, the taste buds, the soul and conviviality. We came for a Sunday brunch at the gardens, and had a wonderful time! The setting is idyllic (in the middle of the fields and with a view of the mountains and the lake), the dishes were varied and refined, a real delight! Raphaël and his team are very welcoming and attentive to their customers An experience to live to recharge your batteries and enjoy a pleasant moment surrounded by nature!

We had a great evening during the cooking class “daily cooking according to the seasons” organized by the Jardins de Chivrageon. Our taste buds were awake during the evening. We discovered lots of different flavors. Raphael also passed on this knowledge to us on various preparation or cooking methods. I recommend this experience and will happily do it again.
