What a beautiful experience! The setting on top of the vineyards is stunning, as you come in you have a spectacular view on the lake and the tables are situated in a secluded green, romantic terrace. The food was delicious, not overcomplicated, but still introducing new flavours, techniques for example the scrambled eggs are a lovely surprise and the fermented beetroot dip! Raphael is a most welcoming host and took his time to kindly explain the concept and ingredients to everybody. This brunch experience was accompanied by a duo playing the violin which was lovely as well. All in all a great experience and a special way to spend a sunday! Will definitely visit again. keep up the good work team!!

I had the chance to participate in garden workshop 1. This day was fantastic and I can only recommend it to people interested in their garden or balcony. Raphaël has enormous skills and allows you to immerse yourself in the world of the earth (with the worms or the stars) with lots of surprises and very interesting and useful information. The meal served at midday was very pleasant and interesting in taste (everything came from the estate and we had lots of delicious fermented surprises). I didn't miss a beat and my notebook filled up throughout the day. What I appreciated was also its ability to adapt to everyone's interests and desires... from a raised vegetable garden on a north-facing balcony to 3000m2 land! Only happiness and for everyone! Beautiful interactions in a magnificent setting! Thank you again, I will come back with pleasure! Go there with your eyes closed, it’s a passion that is worth the detour 100 times over!

We tested the Friday evening table d'hôtes with friends (6 people), and we must admit that even the most skeptical regarding the 100% plant-based menu were seduced by both the quality of the products and their flavors despite the season (mid winter), only by the extremely communicative enthusiasm of the chef. A wonderful discovery in short, to be made again in summer to enjoy the setting in daylight.

I came for brunch, it was a magnificent discovery, the setting is natural and refined just like the cooking of Raphael, who generously spoke about the garden and the crops during the visit to the vegetable garden. Les Jardins de Chivrageon is a project that I discovered thanks to the wemakeit platform, an organic micro-farm that transforms its own products! I love their 100% Swiss miso and kimchi. I also tried the plant-based catering service for a birthday - magnificent colors, fresh products, unique flavors, and all 100% organic and regional. Well done to the team! We had a great evening during the cooking class “daily cooking according to the seasons” organized by the Jardins de Chivrageon. Our taste buds were awake during the evening. We discovered lots of different flavors. Raphael also passed on this knowledge to us on various preparation or cooking methods. I recommend this experience and will happily do it again. Thanks again!

The atmosphere of the service is very cordial and jovial, I thank the boss and his server who listens to his customers. The food is excellent, refined, very tasty, I congratulate all the cuisine, which adds the final touch, the highlight of an excellent time spent in this establishment.
