Excellent food in the middle of the afternoon. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, as they should be and well seasoned, with the best fries ever. The pork chop was delicately seasoned and as tender as I have ever had and the cordon bleu was also very delicate. Very nice service and the view from the terrace rounds off the experience.

A visit to the beautiful Sernftal, as well as to the inn ☀️, Engi GL is highly recommended! Tatiana Salzmann is very friendly, a very good cook and is socially committed to fellow human beings. Tatiana also accepts every guest! I ❤️ both the Ukrainian specialties on offer (e.g. shashlik) and 🇨🇭 cuisine! Kind regards to Tatiana and many ❤️thanks for your social commitment 🌹🌹🌹

We were welcomed with delicious Zigerbrötli. The grilled shish kebab was very tasty with the garlic sauce and side dish. Salad from our own garden with great sauce. The service, the landlady was extremely nice and attentive. We would love to come back.

Stayed overnight here, very homey and authentic atmosphere. Food was delicious: they offer a hearty breakfast and tasty shashlik. The service is great, very hospitable, and the owners are exceptionally warm and kind. I endeavor to come back.

Very nicely decorated restaurant with lots of space and a dining room. Outside there is a lovingly designed children's playground and a beautiful, large terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains of the Sernftal. The landlady is very friendly and you feel very welcome as a guest. If you want a bit of variety in your food, you can eat Ukrainian specialties here. The buffet looks very inviting. I definitely have to try it next time I visit.

The host and hostess are very kind. The food was delicious and plentiful. We ate locally made sausage and soda. The sauces to accompany the food were made in house. I highly recommend the restaurant and the guesthouse. They speak perfect english.
