6:52 p.m. Saturday, there was nothing left already, even though it is marked open until 9 p.m. This is the second time and last time I'm trying to come here, the first time it was marked open until 9 p.m., I went out on purpose to come here and it was already closed at 8 p.m. Today at 6:52 p.m. it remains that the papaya taste and the lady was not too pleasant during the communication of that. You may need to change the closing date, if you do not provide ice from a certain time, to avoid making us travel for nothing.

Is the waitress taken hostage or does she owe money and the boss forces her to work for him? Because I see no other reason why this lady is particularly unpleasant, unfriendly and unprofessional. I had the misfortune of asking if the caramel ice cream could contain nuts because my son is allergic to them, the lady, not sure of herself, replied no with a bewildered look. Seeing my insistence to confirm that there are no nuts, Madame asks the boss and he tells me bluntly in a haughty tone, Madam, if you don't have confidence, don't take the ice cream.... You are both unprofessional, unpleasant and bitter. Smiling is free.

The best gelato in Genava by far. Real Italian. Try pistacchio and is a touch of Sicily in your mouth. Not even comparable to other gelateria in Geneva, which are just chains and the gelato is not nearly as fresh. The best gelato in Geneva!

This place really deserves its reputation for great gelato. Located in the Pacquis area, it is a small store but well worth dropping by. They serve the gelato in cones and various size cups but the must have is to ask for the gelato inside their delicious brioche, that combination is fantastic.

When we went there there was no more fior di latte taste. A shame for a gelateria called “fiordilatte”… But in short, that is not the main element that would explain this rating of 1/5 that I give them. When we came, the boss was particularly unpleasant towards us. He didn't seem very cheerful and motivated to serve us, not very professional all that. In addition, my mother just wanted to use spoons on the display and she was sharply reprimanded because it was supposedly necessary to respect hygiene standards due to covid. It was August and all these restrictions had already been lifted for over 6 months. So go to Gelatomania! Their ice creams are better and the owner is much friendlier and more commercial.

Best ice-cream place in town! I go there exclusively since 2020 for ice-creams and semifreddo cakes. All ice-creams are made daily on the spot and you can really taste it.

Very good gelato, and a very warm welcome by the owner who suggested flavors that go well together. We also tried gelato in a brioche, wow! We will come back.

Yesterday we returned our loyalty card almost full. After sharing 3 tastings between two people we were told we couldn't have any more as they would go out of business. This is apparently the message from the owner. The only risk to your business is not the free samples but the lack of professionalism of the waitress that your customers are exposed to.

I bought half kg of icecream. The lady (in front of me) filled the tub as gently as she could, making sure not to put "too much" icecream. When I got home I realized the icecream didn't even touch the bottom of the tub. Not cool.

Excellent ice cream and service. We went to Manu for years but recently the ice cream is more ice than cream. Fiordilatte has luckily popped up to provide great ice cream in the Pâquis area again!

We visited the gelateria on a day when it was closed. Carlo, the owner, happened to be inside and opened the shop just for us. He surprised us with a scoop of gelato he had made fresh so that we wouldn’t leave empty handed. It was so generous and unexpected (not to mention delicious). I can’t wait to go back. Inspired by comparisons about the various ice cream saloons in a geneva (manu, gelatamania, arleccio, glacé de onex etc.) on a Facebook site, a number of persons were very positive about this small family run fiordelatte saloon. I decided to give it a try and I concur that this is indeed a very good place to eat icecream. Original tastes, not too sweet, nice soft and consistent tastes. I tried caramel sale, speculoos, and mango. All 3 delicious, although for me the best was the mango ice cream. Very highly recommended and I will come again to taste more perfume.

I came for the first time: very good. This time my chocolate sorbet was really bad. Palish chocolate, sour taste... This is the first time in my life that I have had to throw away an ice cream because it is so inedible. Fortunately there are plenty of other ice cream parlors in the area. To the owner: you will explain to me what "pure chocolate" is made from, if not with cocoa. It turns out that I know how to harvest, roast and grind the cocoa bean and make chocolate. This sour taste that I had the misfortune to encounter yesterday is not to be wished on anyone. I have nothing to do with a refund: reviews are primarily used to inform other customers. On the other hand, I saw how you operate: I didn't want to have to justify myself, to put up with the claptrap of your so-called expertise. Don't worry, you won't have to deal with me again.
