Attention, the pads do not work and lead to high pressure and damage to the machine. No return of unopened products possible, poor service.

I ordered a coffee machine with pods on July 20th, 2022 and everything was delivered on July 21st, 2022. Protection of the new machine with adhesive film is very good and can be easily removed so that the scratch-free machine stands there. Packaging is exemplary and questions are answered promptly by email, including phone calls outside of office hours.

simply great service and very fast delivery

I'm giving one star, because I can't give zero and their choice of coffee is interesting. On the other hand, if you want to buy a coffee machine, I advise you to look elsewhere. Indeed the after-sales service is ridiculous. I returned a coffee machine 1 week after my purchase because it was defective, offering to customer service to replace it with another more expensive but more solid model (I pay the difference of course). This was refused to me because they have to repair the machine and do not change used machines and therefore no exchange. Ok I accept, these are the general conditions. What was my surprise when I saw that 48 hours after my shipment I received a brand new machine (the same one). I therefore take care not to open it and ask for an exchange with another model of better quality. And guess? After several emails I was denied this saying I'm lucky I got an exchange!! So in the end, I keep this disappointing machine which, given the quality, will not work in a few weeks, and GiaMax loses a customer. It's a shame because I liked them, but such after-sales service is not for me.

For years we have been very satisfied with the service and the quality of the products (coffee machine and pads). We experienced another highlight last week: our coffee machine was broken. On Thursday we sent it in for repairs, on Friday we received an estimate for the repair by phone and on Saturday the machine was back to us. Unbelievable, it couldn't be better!
