Honestly, the worst place I've ever eaten at. The food is very tasteless, it doesn't taste good at all for the price, the product should be improved, the service is good. 🧐

Were there on Saturday lunchtime around 12:30 p.m. and the restaurant was about 50% full. The service was good. The food was ok. The view was great. We came here because they accept Bitcoin.

We were 3 people. When we came there wasn't much going on. Service was not friendly and doesn't speak English. Bottle of water and wrong dish brought, totaling 5.50 francs more than ordered. We stuck with our order and waited even longer. When paying I pointed out his mistakes and the service shook hands and spoke Italian, he corrected the amount of our meal to CHF 3.- less. The food was soso and service was so unfriendly.

You can eat for 20chf each. Decent pizza, very good poké. My burger was a bit "basic" (but I also got the simplest one), which is why I give it 4 stars.

We were 5 people. 2 ordered pizza, 3 a kebab burger Pizza was served about 15 minutes before the burger, which is not possible at all. Then came the burger, for 21.- I was expecting a rich burger + fries, but what was served was a cold burger with little meat, tomatoes, sauce and bread... done... a joke!! We wouldn't visit again.

terrible pad thai, I won't be back for sure

Arrived for lunch, hot day, saw the menu, asked the waiter for information on the menu and took a Pokè because it was a fresh dish... Normally a Pokè is cold, this one arrived piping hot??? Hot and dry white rice, vegetables as hot as the rice, avocado warmed up because everything around was hot but... the coup de grace came with the salmon which was not as fresh as one would expect in a Pokè... But smoked. I confess that I was hungry and I ate even though it was hot, however if this is your idea of ​​Pokè, in Lugano there are other places where you can eat real Pokè for the same price. I didn't eat anything else, so I can't comment on the rest, but after this experience I prefer to have lunch elsewhere.

Good service... Food (Pizza cuatro formagio) was awesome and the fine Vino de Casa was wholesome. Café espresso fantastic!

Certainly not cheap; on the other hand we are in Lugano and as the name says: "lake view". A salad and a salad, both good. The waitress was courteous and friendly. Too bad about the noise coming from the busy road; really annoying.

Here I go again. What can I say, less than 24hrs. ago I was writing a review from wonderful little restaurant in Porto Venere, now it’s from Vistalago in Lugano Switzerland and how the mighty have fallen. 1) The spaghetti and meatballs lacked the Italian touch. There is no love in the dish and the meatballs are frozen fresh. Also, where my Parmesan cheese? 2) Poke Bowl with salmon lacked all the flavors that marry the dish and make it what we all love so much. To say it lacked everything would be the best way to describe it! 3) Pad Thai… Well go down to your local Safeway, buy some frozen pad Thai there, come home and nuke it in the microwave. Let it sit till tomorrow morning and nuke it some more. There you go. That’s what served here! Sad part is that less than 50 feet away, there is some street food being sold for a fraction of this price. This is somewhere to fill you belly and nothing more. Sad we didn’t see the street food earlier!

We ate at this restaurant last night and we were served by Ramon. Our food was DELICIOUS! Our waiter was outstanding. Thank you Ramon. We ate a pizza and the seafood spaghetti. Both of us from Australia were grateful for your friendly service. We watched these guys. They ran non stop all night catering to the customers needs. We loved it so much that we returned there again this evening. The food was outstanding. The service... even better. Lovely memories of our time in Lugano. Thank you from two grateful Aussies!

Food was simple and not tasty, location was oke but beside a busy road. And the service was really bad and not friendly. First we needed to ask 3 times for the bill and when the bill came and we asked why the amount on the bill was lower than he put in the pin device he got angry at us for asking it. Overal a bad experience. Don’t go here when you want to have a nice evening.

Location is perfect , cleanliness is poor , food quality is the worst I ever had in Lugano , waiters are very confused mostly due to shortage of staff. Over all the seafood pasta and other dishes including the burger was very poor and the cost was very high . Not recommended at all.

Disgusting burger without sauce or taste, frozen meat! Frozen potatoes too! The burger was just bread 10cm of green salad, meat and then bread, I don't recommend it but fortunately the server was very nice

Service was catastrophic... Food for 4 people arrived scattered in 20 minutes. The waiter was alone at lunchtime. Too expensive for the poor quality.

Quiet day, but most tables were not cleaned outside. One of our meals was incorrect, and it took 10 minutes for the correct food to arrive. Meanwhile, others had to eat or their food would get cold. Coffees were luke warm, so the hot latte and hot mocha were not, in fact, hot. A little overpriced for what you got, you're paying for the view.

The pizza is delicious, but the waiters can cheat by a couple of francs, check the check.

The piadinas are very good and the staff are courteous, but the prices are definitely too high. Nice view of the lake but the bathrooms were really dirty and run down.

We are not. The location is nice but: - Extremely slow service even though the place is half empty. - Confused service, a lot of wrong things arrived. - Food average but tending towards no. In particular, my piadina was literally wet. Portions quite small for the (high) prices.

It is a restaurant/piadineria where the quality of the food is average, what often makes the difference in this case is the staff. Unfortunately, all of them are approximate, disinterested and one of them borders on the arrogant. No attention, no desire to return. The indecent bathrooms.

Very nice location on the long lake. Food okay. Delicious coffee. No gluten-free options. Allergens not specified in the menu. Obscene, dirty bathrooms, without soap. They have not been cleaned for several days due to the encrustations. Unacceptable. When we arrived the tables were also dirty.

i rarely give one stars, but this time the food was so rancid i just had to.Let’s start off with the Toilets, disgusting and a bacterial feasting ground, with pee on the ground. The food was questionable and pretty pricey. We ordered the Poké bowls that where incredibly dry and filled with little meat and old vegetables. The chicken wings where rubbery and tasted like day old barbecue sauce found in the bottom of a barrel. In addition to all of this we found hair in our glass and the waiters where rude, not only forgetting one of our meals but also making us wait 30 minutes until we got our bill.

In the center of Lugano, next to the Casino. Very central location, the piadinas good, the pasta with clams less so. With a liter of water and two coffees the bill was quite high, 77 francs (77 euros)

Unmotivated service staff, advertises original Italian cuisine......so my Carbonara qar with cream and bacon but not original Italian with pancetta and egg, in the lasagne the sauce was seasoned with a finished product and the portion was very small... ....not really recommended.....

The chef has a very interesting attention to detail, service, reviewable, enormous potential of the place. The windows on the outside remove some of the flowing air which wouldn't be bad on muggy days. As far as I'm concerned, it's worth taking a tour, also because the view of the lake as an aperitif or at dinner is priceless.

Certainly the best piadinas in Lugano and, given the location, probably the most expensive. I found a couple of flaws in the coffee, which in my opinion is not good, and in the waiting times in the morning, if you have a 15 minute break forget it...

Food was delicious. Had a Ticino burger, a Ticino wrap and a soup for my toddler daughter. Everything was delicious. Service was fast for a busy lunch schedule. And its just by the lake......so lunch or dinner, sit there, eat and enjoy. Will recommend highly.

Excellent quality, beautiful lakefront location

After having ordered and at the request of the staff paid in advance for two WeissBiers, we waited 25 minutes to order. Once provided, we were served two very normal draft beers. We immediately called the attention of one of the waiters to have the incorrect drinks replaced. Unfortunately, by refusing our request, he contradicted us by telling us that those were the WeissBiers we had asked for... Bad attitude and poor organization.

Very welcoming place, polite and respectful staff towards the customer, quick both in takeaway and in serving at the tables. I recommend it to everyone who is near Lugano. The best drinks can only be found here. Thanks to Tony and Ramon.
