Highly recommended. Our pizza, salads, tortellini and also the cordon bleu were very tasty and everything had a special touch. The staff is very friendly, whether in Italian, English or even a bit of German. We would come here again at any time.

After 30 minutes the chips and rice arrived. RICE WAS DRINKED IN WATER, A MUSH, INEDIBLE. After another 20 minutes of waiting, more meat was counted and the evening continued like this To order two bottles of water another 15 min We complained about the wait and we were in the wrong by responding in a rude and annoyed way. We ordered dessert etc. almost 40 minutes later We were shocked at how crappy the service and food was as we had been going for years. We wanted to order digestive coffee but gave up even though the place was practically EMPTY. Arrived at the cash register to pay, not even an apology, not even a gesture of offering a bitter. The only excuse was that they were full. If you are not capable of managing a restaurant, forget it I repeat 5 hours to eat the meat chinoise which was so slow it was as if we hadn't eaten Even with two newborns. NEVER AGAIN

We had a company dinner at this restaurant. From the beginning everything had gone wrong. There was a lack of parking. There wasn't even an alternative parking facility... The restaurant was full, we had to wait a good two hours before they started serving. They said that unfortunately the kitchen is full due to the numerous orders, but it didn't occur to anyone to offer us at least banal focaccia to apologize for the wait. It was a colleague of mine who made a waiter understand that it would be a good idea. Then the focaccias were brought to the table, but then we had to pay for them..The broth of the chinoise resembled hot water. We couldn't enjoy the desserts because the kitchen was closing by then... You shouldn't take orders for more than you can.

We arrived at 8pm and started eating at 10.15pm…we were told that the kitchen was clogged. The "broth" of the fondue chinoise was practically without salt and had no flavor and even the white rice was without seasoning. I won't go back.

We got there after the kitchen closed so they were only serving pizza but we ordered 2 big pizzas to share amongst 4 people and it was the perfect amount. We also had a baby and the waitress provided us with a highchair and had a cute little conversation in baby talk with him. We ordered the fondue pizza and all of us were talking about it the rest of the night and the next day

We ordered two "Ticino" pizzas, with sausage and formagella. Pass the sausage which was present in homeopathic quantities, but instead of formagella they put fondue cheese with a strong taste of wine, evidently not evaporated. The annoying thing is that the pizza chef and the waitress claimed it was formagella. The owner actually didn't believe us and made us pay the full price. We have never felt so cheated.

We had a quick working lunch in the outdoor area (cool, shaded and away from vehicular traffic). The first courses of the day were refined, well executed, with innovative flavors and proposals (precisely because they were excellent I would have preferred a slightly larger portion). Friendly and attentive staff, convenient and reserved parking inside and average prices for Ticino (first courses from around 18 to 22chf). PS: it should be noted that, while waiting for the dishes to be prepared, we were offered mise en bouche to while away the wait.

It's a shame that when they park they use 2 parking spaces for 1 car, last night we couldn't stop! There were 3 free parking spaces but you couldn't get in because of how the other cars were parked. Too bad and this has already happened!

The place is pleasant, however, the fondue strangely had a very strong taste of alcohol, it looks like they poured a bottle of cachaça inside, impossible to eat, if it's cheese, you can't let it get to that point. A strange fact to say the least. Cordially, there was no charge, I ordered a fillet dish (nothing special), but I wanted to eat a good fondue. It's a shame, because the place is cozy, you can see that 90% of the few customers only eat pizza.

Terrible quality of service on the part of the administrator in charge, making unexplained collections called "CONTORNO", we requested an explanation of what this collection was due to, which they told us that they did not know and the administrator was out of turn, we mentioned calling the authorities and magically the administrator appeared... On the other hand, the charge for the wines is excessively high for the real value. Recommendation, if you go there, ask for the price list for everything, even water, because you may be seeing their faces... Terrible quality of service from the administrator, ignoring the customers.

But I wanted to underline my satisfaction with the service: everyone was truly impeccable, professional, kind and friendly, ready to accommodate every need (the nearby table was a bit "difficult"). We arrived just before the kitchen closed, the owner told us that if we wanted he could only bring us a plate of veal medallions and he didn't even show us the paper... in short, to cut a long story short, we received two skimpy plates with two medallions in diameter, exaggerating of 4 cm, certainly industrial croquettes, even a few and a handful of overcooked croissants... BILL 110.- (2 dishes, a glass of wine and a soda) I consider it a scam also because when I looked for the menu card at home the dish wasn't on the list and the only one that cost like ours was a 200g fillet tar tar... I asked for a glass of red wine without choosing from the menu eee... price 9.50... also here on the on the menu, 1dl wines cost a maximum of 8.-... so don't trust me! Dishonest and profiteering owner... when I pointed out to him that the price was exaggerated he looked at me, laughing and shrugging his shoulders... really bad...

Unfortunately it was absolutely disappointing...we were here for my father's 70th birthday...from the service to the food, unfortunately we can't say anything good. Long wait, the food tasted like it had been warmed up. The cordon bleu was fried and was still cold on the inside even though it was cross on the outside. Vegetables and salad not edible. The starter was served with the main course of all other guests. So the first ones were finished before the last ones had received the starter. A pure disaster and not recommended.

On 05/15/2022 we went to have lunch at Ristorante Giardino. As always a very pleasant experience. We had been there last year and this year we decided to go back, and they continued to do an excellent job. The services were super friendly and the atmosphere was simply pleasant. For starters we ordered a variety of hams accompanied with some cheese. For the main course we ordered Risotto Merlot and Pinhata with a variety of seafood, both of which were tasty and well served.

Unfortunately very disappointed because it looked good from the outside. The head waiter didn't greet us, just indicated with his hand where we could sit. The waiters just put the card on the table and didn't say hello. The food wasn't anything special and above all we felt that there was no harmony among the team. Everyone was buzzing around and despite everyone's nervousness, we had to wait a long time. Unfortunately we will not be returning and cannot recommend the restaurant.
