Former 4-star rating: Bakery with good products, very welcoming staff Friday 11.09.2020 3:45 p.m. return from work, need fresh bread for the evening. I found the store closed (OK I didn't look at their opening hours in advance) open in the mornings except closed Mondays. I had to fall back on the coop to buy some. Too bad to support our local artisans. I sincerely hesitate to go back to their competitors. Products of lower quality but open all day. really a shame (one star less)

Bred great. Delicious chocolate. The various breads are perfect and the chocolates are exquisite. The mille-feuilles and baba au rhum are simply perfect. It's worth the detour. The couchole (Fribourg specialty - bread, butter, milk and saffron) is simply exquisite. In season, there is also the famous Bénichon mustard.
