Microaggression: racism The globe is now half owned by a Thai company and we are in 2024. But discrimination against women and Asians is still there. Today, March 23, 2024, around 4:00 p.m., I went to look at the Serax and Marni plate collection with my baby, who was almost asleep in my arms. There was a woman between 45 and 60 years old with blonde hair who was sorting plates. She glanced at us but said nothing. After a second she greeted an older white gentleman directly in Swiss German. I'm Asian, but I can still speak French and German. If she doesn't serve me or speak to me because she thinks I can't speak her language or don't have enough money, we can say it's racism and ageism. If Globus wants to justify this situation as "that saleswoman did not have that intention," this company needs to learn such a word: microaggression Today I bought a KUKUI collection on this floor, but I was never spoken to or served. For the honor of other employees: The people who work at delicatessa are always friendly.

I am writing to leave feedback for Linda, the manager of Sandro. She exceeded my expectations of customer service as she very warmly and brilliantly delivered beyond excellent customer service for my graduation ceremony.She was very nice, attentive to everything and helped me to select all that I needed. On top of that, she was very generous and down to earth. As I am still very touched by her help, I wanted to leave a comment. She stands very differently from her colleagues from whom I sought help before.

Hi Globus Team/Members My first thanks goes to the Giorgio Armani perfumery employee named MIA 😊 This woman is just Great. But one after anonther. I visited the Store today specifically to try and buy a perfume witch costs a few hundred francs. So unfortunately you guys, you don't have any samples to try on/out. So for like Globus and sorry to say this but is really ( Walk of shame )😔 Instead there are rows and rows of empty bottles. Well, as I asked a saleswoman if there was a sample to try on, she didn't even look at my face, no eye contact and no perception that I was physically standing in front of her 😳 . She mumbled something to herself and then just disappeared.What ????? 🤔🤔🤦‍♀️ This is very bad. So I didn't buy any perfume. However, my ruined shopping experience was, saved by an incredibly great employee the Mia from Giorgio Armani perfumery department. Mia is an absolutely incredibly professional employee and she knows exactly where to start. Dear Mia, thank you very much for your commitment. And she will be the reason why I will visit the perfumery department again. best regards

Sauces for the fondue Chinoise or Bourguignonne Well, I have to say one thing: for a successful Chinoise or Bourguignonne fondue, there are no better sauces anywhere than in Globus. Whether it's garlic, wasabi, curry, horseradish or cocktail sauce, it doesn't matter which one, they are simply very tasty.

There are 4 MA jewelry departments. It's just tiring having to say hello 100 times and justifying whether you need help. Don't feel like shopping like that. I would like to arrive first and be able to look around in peace before I waste half the time with unnecessary pleasantries. 1 x is ok but not after every 3 steps.

I was looking for a chic outfit for the registry office and found it! Globus is already well equipped for the fall season. Mr. Burkhalter gave me excellent advice and support, not too intrusive, good flair, instinct and competent across the board. In my memory I bought a customer card à l'époque, but that wasn't the case. Mr. Burkhalter registered one for me easily and on top of that I received a 10% new customer discount on my daily sales. A refreshing change from the boring online shopping.

Globus Delikatessa Bern is not just a nice grocery store! No!!! Sensational Shusi is served in the bar and at tables. You will be served by very friendly and competent staff. Just wow!!! Best sushi I've ever eaten. Mid price

Service and selection are exclusive. The prices are reasonable, sometimes too high for standard goods. If a (fancy) ingredient is missing for a fancy dinner and you can't find it at the Bern Märit ... this is often my last port of call to find it.

As we entered the store discussing, an employee came and interrupted our conversation and talked non-stop about membership, percentages, just 1 minute blah blah blah. That was annoying last time, when I declined I was told something slightly reproachful; well, you could save money but if you don't want to... Not everyone wants to become a Globus member and collect points for a few percent. Please stop this. The saleswomen are persistent and pushy and are likely to receive bonuses. ——- Edit: I was there again, this time everyone was very accommodating! New 5 star :)

I have been a customer of Globus SA for many years. I visit the Globus department store in Bern regularly and enjoy shopping there. Today, June 3, 2023, a (new) employee of Globus SA in Bern on the 1st FLOOR left a bad taste in the women's fashion department (platinum blonde, light hair (dyed), with tattoos, wore something white) with her unprofessional and unfriendly manner. To date, I have never experienced anything like this at any Globus location - a real shame for such a great fashion store like Globus SA (!)

The Service of the staff was excelent from mac make up and bobby brown and the products I brought.But I felt a 5 star experience customer service and unique with Kidane Mihret (if I remember right).Her authentic , welcome and smile she understood I was thursty and gave me some water and the variaty of samples .I brought the latest Valentino perfume. The samples help to come back in the future and buy the products. Congrats to the company of the good employes especially her.

Today, March 7th, 2023, we are in the gsi clothing department for the last time. After we walked past 2 men, we were neither spoken to nor experienced any interest or reaction in any way for 20 minutes in front of the shirt shelf. We could probably have waved our hands and something might have happened. The lady in the women's clothing crept up behind my wife and was within 1m of her but didn't say anything, just looked at her penetratingly without feeling like she wanted to offer help! Even in a discounter you are treated better! In Basel I basically had a better feeling of being in good hands here, more like I was misguided. Salespeople at this level should have a completely different attitude.

The selection in the men's department at Globus Bern is rather poor. For example, it doesn't have Tommy Hilfiger underwear or Diesel jeans. I'd rather go to the Globus in Zurich or to Glattzentrum. The selection there is three times bigger and better than in Bern.

In the 80s and 90s I was a permanent guest in the globe... Of course, these days everyone has to look for their niche and that's a good thing. I no longer felt well on my last visit. Too dressy too dressy and I felt unwelcome in my “casual” clothing style! Everything is too styled for me. From a feeling... ok, he doesn't have enough money to buy anything anyway. It's a shame, I was a permanent customer at the Herrenglobus until the end. Globus gives me the impression that normal earners no longer have any room. I found the campaign with the Globustalers at Christmas very positive! Interior design and style 200 points but otherwise far too expensive… a shame

I really like the globe because it offers a first-class shopping experience. One star deducted because the employees in the fruit and vegetable department don't offer enough help and it is not possible for the customer to weigh the fruit/vegetables themselves.

Unfortunately, the service was very incompetent and you couldn't collect a loyalty bonus due to the lack of a network and no Globus app. The staff has been promising improvements for over 2 years, but the management seems to have bypassed it.

Globus is a wonderful shop with a lot of different items. I give it a rating of .5.5. But the prices are way too expensive I think if the globe were a lot cheaper there would be a lot of people and sales would be just as good if not better.

Loeb is the epitome of upscale class and is still number 1 in the shops selling everything your heart desires and a sensational bistro with an outstanding view of the Bahnhofplatz is simply brilliant 🌹
