Unfortunately, the portions are far too small for the steep prices and the service staff are sometimes incredibly unfriendly. The Cordonbleu in particular is an absolute joke. The menu says "always freshly prepared" "regional ingredients" and then a really tiny cordon bleu from the freezer is served. What was particularly outrageous was the impossible behavior of the service staff when we complained about the food. Burger was okay. But nothing more. The ambience inside is reminiscent of a retirement home cafeteria. Beautiful outside. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time that something didn't go well here. It can happen, but if you don't take care of a guest's problem and then talk about him to other guests, that's it. Nice place, prices too high, certain service staff absolutely impossible and unfriendly. You won't see us here anymore.

It's a shame, the quality of the menu has declined significantly. I won't mention this in fairness... Super nice service. Music too loud and absolutely inappropriate. It's a shame about the great restaurant. Please accelerate again...

Friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. Food was OK. I would have expected more at this price level and, above all, more flexibility. For example, the Cordon Bleu are already prepared and can no longer be individually adjusted. So I'm used to something different. However, it tasted good. Vegetables didn't seem freshly prepared and seemed more like a stored product. Very watery without any bite.

The food is great. The ambience in summer is great in winter. Service is always friendly.

We were able to spend a wonderful culinary evening under a pergola covered in vines. We chose two vegetarian main courses and an antipasti starter plate. The food was really very fine and tasty. The service was also very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we were pushed for dessert shortly before 9 p.m. because the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. The restaurant closed at 10 p.m., which we found a bit unfortunate. It was a Saturday and it would be nice if the guests were given the opportunity to end the evening in a relaxed and enjoyable way. The ambience and the food warmly invite you to do so. You can simply turn the clock forward a little more.😉 Kind regards

Nice place, top location with a great view

There is very fine cordon bleu and other delicious things here. We were completely thrilled and satisfied. Go there and enjoy the great view.

Went there for brunch this time. It was great, due to a lack of brunch guests we asked if it would be okay for us to have the cold cuts, e.g. to bring on plates. Bread, cold cuts and drinks were always brought back, even bacon and fried eggs were added and everything was included in the price, 28 Fr per person. Definitely not our last visit for brunch.

Nice restaurant with a great terrace on the golf course. Also excellently located as an excursion destination. I had a delicious burger this evening - I can recommend it! Service was great, very friendly and professional. Impressive selection of our own wines and spirits. Gladly again!

We were able to enjoy an absolutely delicious Sunday brunch. Two different breads, plaited bread, cheese platter, cold cuts, jam, Nutella, fruit platter with fresh fruit, fresh Bircher muesli (not mush but really fresh yoghurt). Kellog's three kinds, fruit juices, hash browns, fried eggs, bacon and of course coffee, tea, ovo etc. It was always freshly refilled. Super friendly staff. From the reservation to the payment, every employee has a smile and a friendly demeanor. It won't be the last time I treat myself to a Sunday morning like this. Price performance perfect. Now if I'm looking for something else to say, I'll find something. 😀 Boiled eggs or croissants, pretzels, fish would underline the brunch twice as much.

We had reserved a table by phone, but were not informed that the menu had been reduced. So we had to eat something other than what we wanted. I then ordered the Wiener schnitzel. The schnitzel was not edible. The meat was not pounded, so it was very tough and still bloody inside. Never again.

2 stars for the beautiful terrace with a wonderful view and the friendly service staff - that's great! But... So far we have always had a good meal after a round of golf on the beautiful course. Recently, however, there has been absolutely nothing to eat from Monday to Wednesday. The chef is there, but I don't feel like cooking from Monday to Wednesday anymore... They're crazy, the cooks :-)

Wanted to eat asparagus there for dinner. During asparagus season, 4 ridiculous asparagus on the plate, 2 of which are green! The whole thing with Schnipo for almost 40 francs. I won't mention the terrible service. Overall it was disastrous for quite steep prices! Not recommended!

Long wait and in the end we waited for our coup for over half an hour and didn't get it.

Delicious food in a modern atmosphere right on the golf course. Very bright, funny and attentive staff! The Cordon Bleu with plum filling is highly recommended. There are also many seats on the large terrace. Lower-priced lunch menus and brunch are also offered.

New service employees from Aarburg are the best.

Fine good food with friendly staff. When the weather is nice, we recommend using the garden terrace with a fantastic view.

Beautiful sun terrace with evening sun and a beautiful view. There are also enough parking spaces available. The service was always friendly and the food was good. What really needs improvement, however, are the waiting times. We had to wait 35 minutes for a salad, and this in a half-empty restaurant. It even took 50 minutes from ordering to the main course! It's a shame, because we would have liked it and would have liked to order a dessert, but we were almost afraid that it would take so long again and so we didn't have it.

Home-style cuisine right next to the golf course. The food was good, but the soup was served without a spoon and there was a long wait for the main course. The veal sausage with fries was very simply prepared, but tasted okay.

Lunch menu is very small. I had the Rösti. It was fried beyond crispy to hard. Very Greasy as well. Maybe they had a bad day but I will not be going back except for a drink

A great atmosphere outside. Nice service. Delicious food. Inside, the interior is rustic. Not my case, but it's a matter of taste. In any case, it is absolutely recommended. Also the brunch on Sunday. Unfortunately, everything is already occupied. Therefore pre-order in advance.

We were there for brunch today with a group of 10 people and everyone was very enthusiastic. A really great brunch was served at the table (due to Corona) including hash browns, eggs and bacon, along with many other delicacies. Even though there were quite a few guests, our service specialist was always very friendly, so we were calm about waiting for a while. We didn't know the restaurant, but we will definitely come back. 😊👍🏻

Nach einer schönen Golfrunde wollten wir den Abend einem feinen Essen auf der schönen Terrasse geniessen. Mindestens 5-10 Minuten standen wir da und wurden nicht beachtet, weder von der einen Serviceangestellten, noch von der anderen! Die eine schwatzte ununterbrochen mit anderen Gästen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns dann entschlossen zu gehen. Schade....... , aber das geht gar nicht

It was just good, nice service, great food

Trotz vorgängiger Reservation mit ausdrücklichem Wunsch im Garten zu sitzen, hatten wir keinen Tisch und wir mussten den langen Rückweg antreten. Das hat unser Familienessen echt versaut.

Was on the course for a lap and wanted to eat and drink something like always. I wait and wait, others come and are served but I am not. When I asked, I just said “yes, then straight away”. When she served the next new guests I left. Nice ending, thank you.

Nach der Erfahrung der dritten Art im Feldschlössli in Hornussen am selben Abend, rief ich im Frickbergstübli an, um einen Tisch für sieben Personen zu reservieren. Dies war ohne Probleme möglich.Trotzdem das kleine Restaurant eine Gruppe und draussen im Fonduestübli weitere Gäste zu bewirten hatte, wurden wir von Jasmin perfekt bedient und alles kam zur gleichen Zeit auf den Tisch.Gut bürgerliche Küche, welche die Küche sehr schön angerichtet auf unseren Tisch tragen liess.Wir kehren gerne im Frickbergstübli ein. Vor allem im Sommer, wenn man auf der schönen Terrasse sitzen kann.

Das Frickbergstübli lernte ich kennen, weil ich dort als Mitglied eines Vereins einer Generalversammlung beiwohnen durfte. Dieses Restaurant verfügt über mehre Räume, welche freundlich eingerichtet sind. Die Akustik ist sehr gut und alle notwendigen Infrastrukturen sind vorhanden

Einfach und doch reichlich war der Sonntagsbrunch mit Rösti, Speck, Spiegelei und allem was sonst noch zu einem Schweizer Zmorge gehört. Kommen gerne wieder. Einziger Tip vielleicht sollte die Zeit bis 13:00 gestreckt werden!

Das Restaurant liegt am Rande des Golfplatzes. Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal. Essen super gut und alles wird frisch zubereitet. Ich kann dieses Restaurant bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Wer es schafft, in der ersten Reihe einen Tisch zu ergattern kann die tolle Aussicht geniessen. Ansonsten: schlechter und unfreundlicher Service und sehr bescheidenes Essen. Auch ein zweiter und dritter Besuch verbesserte dieses Urteil leider nicht!
