I've been shopping here for 20 years. What happened!!! Nothing has the same quality as before. Bakery products are very bad, you don't have to go to a bakery. A pity!!!!!

A really clean and friendly coffee, I always like to come there.

Instead of brunch, I chose the gourmet breakfast. The food and drinks are very good. Unfortunately, not all service staff were motivated. The floor could be cleaner.

Bad slow service, By the time you get the cake at the counter, the coffee is almost cold, although you can't call it coffee.

I was a little hungry, but forgot my cell phone with bank card at home, but I still had 2 rolls of coins worth 5 centimes in my bag. Value 5.- If you buy a salami-Silserli at Kunz for 3.80, I thought so... wrong! My payment method was declined with the excuse “that’s too much coin”! YES, it was coin, and maybe it was a lot (it's in the eye of the beholder) BUT it was money!! You don't want my money, that's fine...there are other pastry shops that know their craft. However, there can be no question of customer friendliness here at Kunz Frick!

Bought 8 croissants this morning. 5 of them were from the previous day. It doesn't work at all. The exchange went smoothly and the service was very friendly.

For me, the Kunz bakery is a great bakery, with great quality and a good price-performance ratio (I not only know many bakeries, but have also worked in a managerial position in 3 very large bakeries). The saleswomen always do a good job, with a lot of passion and joy. Just buying something is quite unspectacular, but a few days ago I needed a cheese sandwich and it was important that it was without mayo and made from raw milk. The two saleswomen (Ms. Meier and Ms. Karlovic) checked the ingredients in an exemplary manner and then arranged for the desired sandwich to be freshly prepared. Things like that often make the difference, thank you for that, and of course it was also very tasty.

The width of the cream cuts has been visibly reduced. That's what annoys me!

It was my first time there, but I know Kunz because someone I know works there. I would have to go to one of the Kunz more often to get better care.

Good bakery, fine pastries and good bread. The service was friendly and attentive. Good coffee and fine patisserie. We would be happy to come back.

Rich breakfast buffet. Something for everyone. Nice little rolls and very tasty jam. I almost couldn't decide because there was so much choice. Only the egg cups were a bit short. 😎

Today01.11.2023 Taken the card and chose something to eat. Order placed. 2 minutes later, the waitress comes and tells us that the food is not available. Placed new order and waited. 5 minutes later the waitress came back and told us that there was no food. 20 minutes later the next service employee came and said that the second meal wasn't available either. Why are there cards to choose from if there is nothing there?

Quality you can taste. Very friendly staff who respond to customer requests.

If you're sitting in the coffee... and the smell of the dishwasher is whirring in front of your nose, this is an absolute no go. At least half of the dish room should be closed! I hope this will be improved on the next visit...

Delicious patisserie, delicious ice cream. On Sunday afternoons when the weather is nice, the coffee runs well, so the employees are very busy and there is a waiting time. Small children's play area, I missed a few books or something. It had a screen with a memory on it and a motor skills cube, nothing else. A little difficult to share with several children. But it was nice that it even had a play area.

I wanted to grab a quick coffee outside during my break today. When I wasn't served after a quarter of an hour, I left without having accomplished anything.

The brunch was very tasty and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It was constantly refilled until the end. If you love jams, you'll get your money's worth. A recommended brunch.

Nice coffee with friendly service, The good coffee was served with a glass of Fricktaler water and a small Schöggeli. It's a shame that the table wasn't clean. The breadcrumbs on the table were unnecessary.

Service is ok, as are the products - but it's unreasonable if you have to fetch the patisserie etc. from the store yourself. With a bit of luck, the table will not be occupied when you return. Alternatively, depending on what you have with you, you may have to take your bag, keys, glasses, etc. with you to the store can be left on the sidewalk without liability at the table. Lack of staff or savings at the expense of customers? Both are apparently solved elsewhere. It's definitely a nuisance here.

Reply to your answer: We already had contact in March (as mentioned in my review). After I reported it to you, other people (who had eaten with me) had the same symptoms (as me) which the doctor confirmed to ME that it was food poisoning (as I had already informed you in March). I find it very unfortunate that you "finally" point out to me that such "accusations" are damaging to your reputation, even though this is a fact. -------------------------------------------------- -------------- Had food poisoning in March (confirmed by doctor). Of course I reported it immediately. I could already guess the answer I received from Kunz AG (after checking we couldn't find anything). We, our families & friends will never visit Kunz AG again.

Things have gone downhill since the sale. Staff is cheeky and arrogant, long waiting times for service and the bill. It used to be better, but is no longer recommended. Addendum after almost two years: I just bought overpriced yoghurt ice cream in portion cups at Kunz in Frick for almost 60 francs, the cup costs SFr. 6.60!!!. Very proud price!!! But what really annoyed me was the price of a paper bag to transport the ice cream: 40 cents on top of that. And that wasn't an insulated bag, even though it's almost 29°C. It would have been nice if the ice cream had been packaged a little insulated (given the insane price) and you weren't ripped off like that because of a paper bag. Apparently the management can't get enough of it and completely foregoes customer service. The quality has noticeably deteriorated since it was sold anyway, we get the next ice cream from Lidl, Aldi, Migros or Coop, where it costs less than half, the staff is friendlier and then 20 cents for a paper bag doesn't hurt either!! ! I'm also self-employed and if I were to rip off my customers like that, I would soon have no customers left!!! Just by the way, to show how important we as customers are to the management: There has been no response to my first review so far (around two years), so in other words, the management is resistant to criticism. The fish always stinks from the head up...

Fine brunch on Sunday. Reservation recommended!

The coffee is excellent, not to mention the sweet pastries. The jams that are sold often end up in my fridge and the chocolate can also compete with the big ones. Overall, the coffee is highly recommended in every respect. The price is of course not entirely justified for Swiss conditions.

It was ok, we had brunch on Sunday. But waiting in line for 5 minutes each time, a lot of noise and unfortunately the seating was way too tight. Too much for me personally.

For me, “De Kuenz” is the best bakery in Switzerland. OK, I may be a little biased because I come from the same region and grew up with “Kuenz”. But regardless of that, the baked goods are incredibly delicious. Markus Kunz is not satisfied with the 0815, but strives for something special, that certain something in all his creations, from baked goods to jam (huge selection!) to chocolate and ice cream creations. The café in Frick is bright, with a wide range of delicacies from warm to cold, sweet to spicy, liquid to solid 😁. The brunch offer on the weekend is a hit (you have to go there and enjoy it!) and now there is even a small Kunz stand at the train station in Rheinfelden, where I treat myself to a delicious breakfast to go every now and then on the way to the office - a small one Piece of home😊. Of course with that certain something ✨.

Every now and then we go to the cafe in Frick for a snack. The small Silserli with a little butter and 2 thin slices of salami are a rip off for Fr. 3.30! It's a shame, because we're saving money in the wrong place, because the cafe with bakery otherwise offers a good selection and we would like to come back. Let's see!

A HUGE selection of everything, so much so that you have to struggle to choose something because everything looks so delicious…… The scales will thank you for it. But that can happen sometimes. May? No, it HAS to happen sometimes.

We bought a pack of butter sticks yesterday, we thought they would be crispy but they are rubbery and soft.

This time was dissapointed , but seeing the Coffee Maschine was being servised we were'nt able to have a good Coffee. Afternoon Coffee and cake time is not a time to have the Maschine revised me thinks !!!!

It's no longer the same as it was under the previous owner. I find it very weak that you can't reserve a table for Sunday afternoon, especially if several people meet there.

The selection in the store is always large and sufficient. The quality of the goods is usually very good and fresh. Except for Bierchermuesli. The plastic around almost every sandwich/Silserli bothers me a bit. The sales van in Rhf has proven itself very well and is a good alternative at the BHF.

Bakery and Café Kunz in Frick A very nice café with a bakery in the village center of Frick, located directly on the Fricktaler Höhenweg and ideal for a short break to snack on something sweet from the region, such as a Fricktaler cherry cake and a coffee. The service is extremely friendly and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Thank you very much and keep it up 😀

I only know this coffee in the morning and both the coffee and the pastries have always been very good. I particularly liked the yeast nut croissants.

It's the 2nd time I didn't get what I ordered. Sorry, until now I didn't know that I had to check the employees what they packed for me. Hiring staff who understand our language properly would be really great.

For me, Kunz coffee and pastry shop is the best in Fricktal ever!!! The quality has its price and the selection is so huge and everything is fresh! If you have something to complain about, you should do so personally because there is always something to do in such a large coffee bistro, I would say. The staff is very friendly and smiles, which is very important to me. Drinking coffee outside again today. Gorgeous.. Thank you

Since the change in ownership, the quality has decreased in some things, but Kunz is still one of the best bakers in the region. It's definitely worth it. Great team!

The products such as B. the Birchermüesli became smaller and 1 CHF more expensive. The quality is still top, but it's a shame how everything is becoming more expensive and smaller.

Products have become more expensive and worse since the business was taken over. Kunz Zopf used to be a trademark, now it's just dry and the same as in the surrounding area... staff are also becoming increasingly unfriendly and queues on Sunday mornings are like in Corona times...

Friendly staff and very tasty baked goods. Big praise also goes to the staff in the store, who are always very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit.
