From taking my order to delivering my kebab, I felt welcome and valued. The staff were always willing to answer my questions and make recommendations. This type of service is rare these days and also deserves a full five stars. I also had a funny small talk with the employee! Very sympathic. In terms of the ambience, I like to give it four stars. The kebab shop offers a cozy and clean environment that is perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed snack in between. The furnishings are simple and functional without appearing overloaded. If a few more little details could be added to make the atmosphere even more inviting, this would certainly be a great place to stay. In summary, I would like to say that the Gonzen Kebap Haus is a kebab shop that impresses in every respect.
