Excellent time with friends. The welcome is warm and the presentation on the plates is impeccable. You can feel the research in the plates and the combinations are always perfect. We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. We fell in love with the veal as a starter and the lamb as a main course, it was incredible! We also appreciated the choice of wines, it allowed us to discover very good Swiss wines. We will come back ! Thank you again for this lovely moment.

Kitchen: This is where the problem lies. The chef still lacks maturity in her dishes. While the ideas are there, the execution is far from perfect. We were there for a tasting menu, and were disappointed by many mistakes: Seasoning: Too much acidity in several dishes, which masked other flavors. Others too bland. Presentation: Plates lacking finesse and originality. Technique: Approximate cooking and too simple dressing. Price: The menus are much too expensive for the quality of the dishes served. Conclusion: It's a shame that customers don't dare to say what they really think. This would allow the chef to correct her mistakes and offer cuisine that matches the setting and service. Excellent service and a menu that will knock your socks off! Whether it’s smoked trout, endive or beef as a main course, all very well prepared. Perfect slow cooking for the beef with a vinegar reduction of tenderness to stand out. To finish, the baba washed down with Trois Rivières rum was at the top. Discovery of a new menu and surprise hunting menu, food and wine pairing.
