Grichting Hotel & Serviced Apartments in Leukerbad

A bit old, but very friendly staff. German is not possible at all times, but you can get a long way with English. And Spanish. It feels like 70% of the bar and hotel staff in Leukerbad are from Spain, no matter where you eat or have a drink. Breakfast was great, in-house pool less so, I preferred to visit the thermal baths. I can't say anything about massage and sauna. Rooms very clean with the best-stocked minibar ever. Great excursion options. I'll probably stop by again for a long weekend.

Centrally located. Rooms are a bit old, but have been lovingly spruced up. Sauna is tip top and clean. The breakfast buffet is very rich and tasty.

Staff exploited under pay then thrown away. Dishonest and vicious boss. Selfish and dilapidated hotel with pool water that is 10 years old

The waitresses not at all organized. It took 1 hour to finally get our dishes which was very disappointing. Röstis in the form of puree and barely cooked. I advise you to go elsewhere!

Great budget hotel. Clean, friendly, good location. Great plus, free inhouse sauna and pool. Minor minus, small rooms, low water pressure.

Very decent but horrible experience with the manager, which was very unprofessional and almost rude. Had originally booked for two nights and ended up canceling the second night to sleep in another hotel nearby. Reminder to myself, never again
