Brilliant concept, quality meat, helpful and friendly staff!

Exceeded our expectations! We thought we were walking into a 13 in a dozen typical grill house but this place is a different, in a good way. Quality of the meat was really good, and the grilling easy and the salt blocks a nice touch. The staff was very kind and attentive. Will definitely be back

Perfect place for a peaceful, welcoming weekend accompanied by a good atmosphere and good company. 😍We spent a weekend there in the studios which are incredible, very comfortable and super well located, a few steps from the gondolas to access the ski slopes! We ate in this sublime restaurant every dinner and we were welcomed in a perfect and warm manner and ate like kings with meat of supreme quality and incredible taste, which cannot be found elsewhere. The service is incredible, the food too and the atmosphere is on trend too! Thank you for everything and it’s a weekend that I loved and which will remain forever engraved in my memory! 😍

An excellent example of great customer service and delicious food. Salt dried beef which you cook yourself on a hot plate with a rock salt tablet to tenderise the meat, served with baby potatoes with rosemary. A first class experience which my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed.

Had a great meal here on Christmas Day!! Special Christmas menu with 6 courses and duck as a main course! My 3 sons took the sirloin steak. We really enjoyed it. The waiters were very friendly and enthusiastically explained the origin of the meat. We were really spoiled. Tasty meat, nice wine, nice dessert, everything was perfect!

Great culinary experience that's a change from what we're used to! The menu was excellent with incredible quality meat and a BIG plus for the "gluten-free" with excellent and hot bread! Quality/price really nothing to say. The staff was very helpful, attentive and super kind. He knew his menu very well and gave us detailed explanations of the dishes he served us! In short, an address to remember and we will come back with great pleasure!

Great time quality meat and really top service

There were two of us, we had dinner passing by by chance while looking for a restaurant that serves meat. The waiter and the butcher presented the concept to us and we dared. The service was fast. Grilling your meat the way you want was very good and fun. But the strong point is THEIR MEATS. You are between a butcher's shop and a restaurant. And if you like meat you will not be disappointed with the tenderness of their matured meat, a very good experience.

Simon was the perfect host, the food was amazing and we felt very welcome, thoroughly recommended.

Great personal concept at the top super pleasant the beef the perfection cook at the top in short a great meal to repeat with your eyes closed on 02.08.2023.

We had the 3 meet platter; the meat is beautifully cut so you can cook it on your table-grill exactly how you want it - the meat tastes amazing and just melts on your tongue. Delicious wine to complement the meal. Very friendly staff and cozy yet stylish atmosphere. We will definitely come again.

Top notch service and cuisine. The only downside was all the smoke escaping from all the tables. The clothes smelled strongly of the grill. The experience remains very nice.

Nice concept with the grill in the middle of the table and quality meat. lPrices are relatively high but justifiable. On the other hand, the service must be rethought. We found the waitress to be quite cold. Oh and also, remember to come before 9 p.m. otherwise you will not be served starters, boards etc. We would have liked to have known when we booked. I will come back for a second round and I will re-evaluate my score, in my opinion 3.5 today. On the other hand, very nice boss and he offered a limoncello.

Interesting concept first of all. A great place to escape from the everyday kitchen in restaurants. Excellent meat, impeccable service, pleasant atmosphere. Considering all the above, the price is reasonable for Switzerland.

The concept of BBQ on the table is great, just don't be afraid of the smells on your clothes when you go out. The atmosphere and service is good. On the other hand, for what it is it's a little too expensive 45CHF for 3 sausages and 1 meatball (200g) and 35CHF (200g) of chicken breast without mariande a little exaggerated better to take the mixture with the beef. On the other hand, the ratatouille served with it is delicious.

This restaurant offers a fresh and new perspective on how to enjoy meat. As soon as you enter the restaurant you see a wide meat "vitrine" like in a butcher shop that intrigues you. Almost all of the tables were quite full but we did manage to get a table for five. In the middle of the table there was a glass cover that was not immediately visible to us what it was for. The whole experience, from the actual ordered raw meat that was presented to us, to the actual self-grilling and enjoying with some truly fine sauces is truly unique. I would say, as unique as Kevin's service. Always smiling, he explained the concept and is ready to answer all questions, even the more scientific ones, the ones to do with the biology of the proteases/lipases that play a great role in the meat aging process and end result. His service and guidance was truly of high standards without ever becoming too much. I believe that half of the restaurants success is its unique concept and the other half its amazing customer-centric approach. It also has a seemingly large wine variety, which I did not try as I concentrated on its truly tasty Valaissiene bier. All in all a great place to have dinner for anyone loving his meat. Is it all great? Well I am always truthful and cant hide possibly the only disadvantage of the whole experience. Even if there was a strong ventilator over our table to quickly remove the grilling smoke from the air, we still needed to aerate our clothes during the night :) All in all five "stars" as its truly a unique and enjoyable eating experience!

Hi guys, it was a very nice experience. There are many types of meat there, for example. Sausage Wagyu etc… But you have to reserve at least 1 week in advance.

The ambience is modern and, in keeping with the local area, beautiful in wooden Valais style. I'm a bit disappointed with the service as it was very passive and I didn't actually feel like I was being cared for. The meat was ok, nice standard meat. Definitely not worth it for the price! I also have to say that it's not necessarily the fault of the crew. Since I also have the feeling that they were understaffed (so I could have been unlucky) it still can't happen. 1 point for ambience 2 for food. There are no points for service.

This experience is unique and really interesting. I love dry aged meat, and the display and choice they offer here is second to none. Whilst not a cheap night out, I would imagine this to cost a whole lot more in Geneva or Zürich. We loved the self grill experience too, and they had good options for the children. We may not come here regularly, but will certainly treat ourselves every once in a while. Highly recommended! Make sure to book during high season!

If meat is your thing then this is THE place to go. The selection is almost endless and the concept of self grilling is fun. The best meat we had for a while. It is pricey like everything else in Switzerland but it was worth it.

Mixed opinion for us... Table poorly located, impossible to change because restaurant is full, despite reservation. Difficulty communicating between us because the table is very noisy facing the buffet-fridge, right in the middle of the constant coming and going for this party Good welcome and friendly and efficient waitresses...but family party with 20 people, apparently with bosses and acquaintances, therefore noisy and perhaps lack of availability that evening? Really excellent meat but poorly presented presentation of the dishes, porcheta served cold but we were able to reheat it on the grill at our table, so not a big problem Accompaniment: only t shirts, no fries or gratin or rice. Minimalist salad but excellent sauce Good wine list, fair prices Dessert also quite minimalist and poorly presented: pear topped with chocolate, few pears... and expensive: 11 chf In short...a 2nd visit would be necessary for a more objective judgment, at a better table and perhaps a calmer evening...

I booked a week ago for tonight 08/14/21 for 8 p.m. We come from Lausanne expressly to eat there. We just arrived in front of the restaurant which is closed supposedly due to technical problems. After an hour and 12 minutes of driving, we found ourselves in front of a closed door. The restaurant didn't even bother to call me or send me an email to warn me of the closure, they had all my contact details. I'm super disappointed, I'm angry. I will note my dissatisfaction on trip and all other possible and unimaginable sites! Terrible customer service, no professionalism!!

An absolute must for meat lovers! Wonderful, friendly service and the food, a true dream. First a fine salad, then a selection of marbled and lean beef to grill and salt yourself (with a Himalayan salt stone) simply brilliant. We even had to reorder a portion just “for de gluscht”

Personally, I didn't enjoy the experience. Not cheap beef platter, with a minimalist presentation and an impression of rarity in quantity. Plus for the price the meat could be better dressed. I had the same impression of stinginess over the opened glass of wine. In short, a somewhat new concept in the resort which comes at a high price. We stopped there by chance, shortly before closing for lunch, but that didn't pose a problem, on the contrary, warm welcome, very friendly, pleasant and professional staff. The service was fast and the quality was exceptional, the food was well prepared and arrived quite quickly. The meat costs a certain price, but it is excellent!! The outdoor terrace is appreciable on sunny days and the interior decoration is just as careful, which allows you to appreciate the beauty of the dishes offered. To finish, we were offered a digestive. In short: a risky stop, which turned out to be a very good experience. I will come back on my next visit to Valais. I highly recommend.

An unforgettable experience. We rented a superb studio above the restaurant which allowed us to eat at the table and discover this new concept. Everything is there to ensure that you have an unforgettable time, the room superbly decorated, the quality of the meat is simply exceptional, the different Italian products and, most importantly, a professional service. The cold cuts, the meats offered, the stale beef ribs and the antipasti are for me the best I have had the opportunity to eat. The boss and his family take great care of their customers, both through the welcome and the different intentions and are incredibly kind. Kidney, whole lamb or leg that turns on the spit located outside, are pure joy for the eyes as well as for the sense of smell. A BIG THANK YOU we look forward to coming back. I highly recommend
