I was in Dilan Imbiss for lunch today, I was pleasantly surprised, great service, very friendly and the kebab tasted excellent. I have never had as much meat as here in Dilan Imbiss, and the side dishes were very fresh. To recommend!

Doner kebab was good, but I deducted two stars for the unfriendliness. As a wheelchair user, I rely on an assistance dog. When I went to the location with him, I was rudely told that the dog had to go out. However, there is no sign prohibiting dogs visible on the door. I told the gentleman that it is a service dog and is allowed in food areas. He replied that dogs are not allowed in restaurants. This is simply a false statement. Because: The EDI regulation about hygiene when handling food says in Art. 14 Keeping and transporting animals Animals may not be kept or brought along in rooms where food is handled. With exception of: a. Dogs leading or accompanying a disabled person; b. Dogs accompanied by the guest in guest rooms of hospitality establishments if the person in charge allows this; c. Animals that are kept in guest rooms of hospitality businesses in such a way that there is no risk of contamination, namely in aquariums and terrariums. Maybe it's just ignorance on the part of the staff or they generally have something against dogs. In this case you just have to communicate it clearly. Then I know where I won't go to get my kebab in the future. But I give everyone a second chance and hope for a more positive encounter next time. Then I will also adjust my rating.
