Grissini in St. Moritz

Excellent food with gorgeous plating, very friendly service and a cozy atmosphere with live piano music. Quite pricey but nothing you wouldn't expect from a fancy restaurant in a luxury city.

Very nice and cosy place, lovely personnel, super for lunch. Traditional barley soup was tasty and rombo fish was amazing. Dessert is a must.

The two of us were at the Grissini restaurant in St. Moritz on January 17th, 2023. The restaurant is located in the Hotel Crystal. We had the evening menu "la carta del giorno" and ate the following. 1) Starter: Beef tartare with vegetables and egg cream. When we ordered we didn't ask how spicy we would like it. It promptly came out totally bland and unseasoned. We had to add salt and pepper ourselves to get some flavor. The meat was hand cut and plentiful in larger pieces. The side dish was tasty. 2) Main course: Venison loin with winter side dishes, chestnuts and spaetzle. The portion of meat was nice and tasted wonderful. The spaetzle was also delicious. The chestnuts, on the other hand, were tough, hard and inedible. We all returned. Here too, the waiters didn't ask why? 3) Dessert: sponge cake and pudding (zuppa inglese) What we got had nothing to do with Suppa Ingelese. In a glass there were 3 layers of chocolate mousse with 3 berries on top. The top layer of chocolate mousse was so compact and sweet that we couldn't eat it either. The other layers were good. It's just a shame that the dessert had nothing to do with the dish described in the menu. Conclusion, we cannot recommend the restaurant and walked out disappointed. Was the first and certainly last time at Crissini.

Sensational food, super nice and attentive service and great atmosphere.

Restaurant with very few options, we arrived 30 minutes before closing and the maître d' was very rude informing us that we would have to order very quickly because they would close the kitchen. The food was very poorly served and without any difference for such a price, remembering that the price was very disproportionate to the service offered. We will never return. We don't recommend it.

Very good food, friendly and professional service, pleasant, quiet atmosphere with original paintings on the walls. Unfortunately a bit hidden and therefore not well known, but definitely worth a visit! The business lunch is a great and inexpensive offer considering the high standard of the cuisine, especially since coffee and mineral water/soft drinks are included in the price.

The food is quite good. There is a Japanese menu. The price is Swiss prices, and if you order 6 dishes: appetizer, soup, pasta, fish dish, meat dish, and dessert, it will cost about 200 Swiss Francs. I recommend the duck pasta.
